Aye so this for real works just have to be patient and consistent , and how many times do you do this a day?
Hi, I did it like 2-3-4 times a day, and yes you have to be patient. I recommend you to take a picture of your chest before you start this, and 1 week after. And a quick tip: If you dont feel in your chest anything after 2-3 days, you should do more pushups,wide arm pushups etc.. and add more time to the hold pushups. I bet you will see some differences after a week. And as Austin said, drink a lot of water while you are doing these exercises.

resting is quite important for muscul growth tho... and in order to grow your muscle to the fullest potential after a workout you need to eat food with protein, not to much tho. and then its time to rest. but this is only a 5 minute workout. im pretty sure you can do this 7 times a weak or maybe more.

Dont do it everyday though. Remember you need to let your muscles rest. Otherwise you'll just over work your muscles and not get the results you want. Skip a day everytime. For example do this exercise on monday, skip tuesday, then wednesday do the exiercise, skip thursday, etc etc. That way your muscles can rest.
Life Note nah if it’s a light body weight excercise only 5 minutes you can do it everyday no problem

I cone back to this video damn near every night and it works wonders for my chest. I can see a change for sure, just gotta be consistent
how long did it take you to see a change and how often did u do it?
BLVCK FABIO it depends on how much u work out already if u r a beginner and don’t work out much, u will see results a lot faster, however some people don’t realize the results they got as they look at themselves a lot I recommend taking a before pic of your body then take an after pic after a month to see the differences

also use words of affirmation. look yourself in the mirror and say " man iam sexy" i have a great body" it works. say it after your workout and resluts will come, physically, mentally, spiritually. how you see yourself is how others will see you

For those who don't feel like watching the entire thing:
15 Normal Pushups
10 Wide Pushups
5 Diamond Pushups
- 20 SECOND REST
DO FIVE 5-Second Hold Pushups
- 10 SECOND REST
5 Staggered Pushups: Each Side
DO ONE 20-Second Wide Pushup Hold
- 20 SECOND REST
Do as many regular pushups as you can.
And that's the end of it!

question , so I’ve been doing calisthenics for about 2 months, gyms are too far from where i live before you ask. My question is how do i get the bottom chest line ? what workouts are helpful to get that defined bottom chest line ? Yes my body fat is low too i thought that was the problem but i went from 12% to 9% thinking it wasn’t showing since my body fat was too high but that doesn’t seem to be the issue, or am i doing something wrong ??
The off set hands push ups I'll add to my rotation. I've been doing all of these as well as elevated push ups and it works. Commitment, dedication, determination. Eating, sleeping and staying the course will get you there. Thank you Sir.

Push ups are a great workout for chest, I got my chest from mainly push ups, you can do other workouts for chest such as benchpressing and pulling resistence, but push ups target chest directly.

Unknown-_-Goat TM so there's this app called six pack promise which costs money for the full version but you get the first 7 days of the workout for free, basically it gives you a different combination of ab workouts for the day and tells you how to do them and how long. I've been using that and it's worked fucking wonders

I did this once a day for 3 days
Day one my max pushups were 8
Day 2 I did 15 max pushups
Day 3 I did 17 max pushups at the end of the video thanks

AR7 I just followed the video every single day and I saw actual growth in literally 5 days. But I started doing 20 15 10 for the start, just make it harder once you get the start down and you’ll get a big chest if you just do the video once a day and just drink/eat some protein. (at least 10 grams)

5 years since I first saw this video, even now when I want to get a good homeworkout in, I just do this circuit 2-3 times
I'm going to start doing this everyday for atleast 2 times a day + an eight minute ab workout. I'm fifteen years old with a moderate metabolism. I weigh around 62 kilos and my height is 1.84 meters/6 feet ish. I know im pretty skiny but I dont have natural abs or a big chest. I'll keep you guys updated. This is day 1
Day 2 is finished I forgot to mention that I'm not on an extreme diet. I eat 3 meals a day. I try to drink as much water as I can or milk. For snacks I useally get an apple or some kind of other fruit no candy and no cola, fanta etc. I try to eat as little fat and sugers.day 3 and 4 are done.i finished all the days so far cant really see a diffirence.

I’m gonna do this every day, 30 pull ups every day, and the 30 day fitness abs workout and 50 additional push ups. One off day every Sunday. I’ll give an update once a week or so on how I’m doing.
