I can do more reps before he stops counting. For example I can do 20 crunches by the time he reaches 10. Same with all the other ones. I just gotta lose more belly fat man. That’s the goal. Ima go food shopping later for all my veggies.

I’ve come a long way from doing ab workouts and now I’ve returned but the difference in which I’m doing them now is that I’m not placing my hands under my butt for any exercise and keeping my feet elevated at all times. My abs are getting destroyed and I’m sweating a lot more. I’m getting all fired up!

It’s not because your abs are weak though you should be sure to work them out. It means that you also need to include lower back workouts to help maintain a proper form and posture.
I mean it depends, because i used to do these alot without proper form and it would hurt that way. You gotta have your hands under ye ass basically and look at your feet basically and make sure your lower back is pressed onto the floor.

russian twists are really good for obliques and serratus.. serratus are above obliques and are equally as important. all sorts of twist motions - knee to elbow crunches, mountain climbers, etc - will exercise the obliques and serratus.
Every abs exercise that you need to cross your body will do it , for example Russian twists one sided crunches(don't know the exact name in English but it's a crunch where you cross your body to one side
Mickey Peters if you don't have a bar try laying on your back and move your legs side to side like making a rainbow over your hips. It's called windshield wipers
You cant isolate fatloss, just eat less calories than you burn throughout the day and you'll have your results. Losing bodyweight is 80% eating healthy and 20% workout. Try myfitnesspal if you want, it helped me a lot with changing my eating behavior.
