    10 bicycle crunches
    30 second 6 inches
    10 leg raises
    30 second body hold (extend arms and legs out 6 inches above ground)
    Rest 20 seconds
    20 alternating leg raises (10 each side)
    30 second 6 inch hold
    10 V ups
    Toe touches (as many as possible)

    Man thank god I discovered you month ago, you inspired me to go calisthenic instead of paying for gym. I gotta say thank god because i feel better doing pull ups,chin ups,push ups....instead of lifting , it's more fun and i feel like i got stronger not just growing muscle size

      Hello Austin. I've watched all your home videos that target abs, legs, chest etc. is it wise for me to combine them all into a workout to do every other day? Or would I just ruin my body or something? I'm a beginner so I'm trying to build a plan but I need guidance

      you feel better doing push ups and pull ups because they are easier than heavylifting,they get you to a point and build some strenght,but after that you must put on some weights for more resistance otherwise you are just doing endurance training

    Here's a suggestion for a video idea.. for one whole week ( Monday - Friday ) post a video of what you work out and eat on those days so we can have a better idea of your routines along with your eating habits. I'm pretty sure that will help a lot of people on here trying to become like you and also help them build a daily routine too

    After doing this for a year I can say my core increased and I’ve gotten stronger. Doing it now is still intense but my reps in between each exercise increased. I can do more reps before he stops counting. For example I can do 20 crunches by the time he reaches 10. Same with all the other ones. I just gotta lose more belly fat man. That’s the goal. Ima go food shopping later for all my veggies.

    This helped me so much thank you I’ve been depressed recently and not happy with my body but In a couple of days with hard work and dedication I was able to lose 800 pounds thanks Austin now I’m at a woping 500 pounds 💪

      expomental I did it for a couple weeks then switched to different ab workout for few weeks. When I compare everything this one is by far the best, I think cause he does a lot of overhead leg movement which really stretches your abdominal muscles (creating more tightness) especially lower belly. I’m gonna start it again today since you reminded me and will update in a month. You should join 👍

      it's not that hard you just have to know how many calories your body burns every day and eat about 200 calories less than that number. For me, I eat 2500 calories to lose fat and about 3200 calories to build muscle

    I’ve come a long way from doing ab workouts and now I’ve returned but the difference in which I’m doing them now is that I’m not placing my hands under my butt for any exercise and keeping my feet elevated at all times. My abs are getting destroyed and I’m sweating a lot more. I’m getting all fired up!

    I been challenging myself for the 30 day pushup challenge and I'm 2 weeks in started doing 100 push ups a day and starting to add these ab workouts to my routine as well I plan to keep going even after the 30 day mark thanks bro 💯💪🏽

      It’s not because your abs are weak though you should be sure to work them out. It means that you also need to include lower back workouts to help maintain a proper form and posture.

      I mean it depends, because i used to do these alot without proper form and it would hurt that way. You gotta have your hands under ye ass basically and look at your feet basically and make sure your lower back is pressed onto the floor.

    euhm... i got a nice 6pack (can always be better but got a starting point) but still my oblique are just flat skin... i'm doing allot of cardio so its not fat just cant get the obliques got any tips?

      russian twists are really good for obliques and serratus.. serratus are above obliques and are equally as important. all sorts of twist motions - knee to elbow crunches, mountain climbers, etc - will exercise the obliques and serratus.

      Every abs exercise that you need to cross your body will do it , for example Russian twists one sided crunches(don't know the exact name in English but it's a crunch where you cross your body to one side

      You cant isolate fatloss, just eat less calories than you burn throughout the day and you'll have your results. Losing bodyweight is 80% eating healthy and 20% workout. Try myfitnesspal if you want, it helped me a lot with changing my eating behavior.

      I'm Cynical continuous tension on the abs is better. Break or not break you’re still putting in work, but if you do not break it’s better and harder.
