Day 5-✅ pushing through the week. Day 6-✅ I did 16 clapping pushups at the end instead of 10 day 7-✅week complete day 8- no rest days ✅💪
This video and your other 5 minute push up vid are definitely my go to exercises to stay in shape as an otr trucker. I always do these videos inside the cab just flip my mattress over and get a great space saving low impact workout all the time

a great workout you got variations isometrics and explosive movements although its enough to feel a pump in the chest I think 3-5 rounds of this is needed for a full chest workout

This video was much better than the other. Nice job! I might be a little more specific with the hand positions, though. The width of where your hands lie can make a big difference as to which muscles you're using, as can what plane they're on in relation to your body (i.e., are they should lever, chest level, etc.). I'm a big fan of the pseudo planche push-up and I don't see too many others perform them. I think they're great to target the upper pectorals, though my hand placement is slightly exaggerated in comparison (could just be a personal preference-thing).

To really Get a nice pump to the advance push up exercise first and then do this one, but you can do most of it on your knees, try to do the holds normally along with the pseudo planch push ups (my bad if I spelled pseudo wrong)

Try combining his various 5-10 minute workouts for a full body workout, I've been doing that and it's worked well for me so far. Then if it gets too Easy just use progressive overload to make the exercises harder
Yea , but after 3 weeks my back began to hurt at the end of the workout, so I started now, to do this new chest workout. (and I do it twice) But I think, that I need a calisthenics chest workout number 3 soon. XD
