I have been struggling with mental health for a while now. I’ve recently moved to another state leaving my family behind in my home state. Needless to say I’ve been stressed out to the max but after doing this yoga session, I feel so much more relaxed and I can’t wait to journey further into my yoga journey.
This really made me let go. I was holding so much tension everywhere. Especially in my face, jaw and lower body. Even my chest was looser at the end, I was able to get deeper breaths in. As someone who has chronic anxiety, this relaxed me so much and gave me a good stretch. Probably the closest I’ve been to full meditation! Thank you 🙏🏻🧘🏼♀️

i was so stressed and overwhelmed that i wanted to cry so bad, but decided to take a minute and do one of your yoga sessions (as i do everyday). before i started this one i thought that maybe 30min were going to be too much for me today and that it was going to be hard to finish it. but without realising, i got to the end of the practise. im so calmed and relaxed now im truly surprised that the time has gone so fast. thank you for sharing these videos and for creating an environment of some peace !!! :)
I am spellbound. This session was so awesome that I forgot all my stress, anxiety and insecurities for a moment and I got completely immersed into the session. I am feeling so recharged and confident now. A lot better than I was 30minutes ago. Thank you for your classes. I'm a senior just starting yoga and your classes are perfect, not too hard to make me want to give up. I walk daily but wow I can really feel all the stretches in my tight muscles. So relaxing and calming.

Oh wow, I used to do yoga but stopped for a few years already. I tried this just because I was really overwhelmed due to work and felt that I might get another migraine so I really needed to relax. This was an amazing experience, thank you! I feel totally relaxed and my mind is clear
