This is my very first time trying out yoga. I went in blind with no research about yoga and found myself crying all throughout the savasana. I didn't even know that yoga could do that and that I had all these tears locked up inside of me. I couldn't stop crying even after I had packed up all of my stuff. Thank you so much for guiding me in releasing all of the built up stress that I've placed upon myself.
I know what you're saying, this is beautiful. Today too i had 3 tears releasing moments, through synchronicities of words sjowing that i am love by God / Spirit / Source and through unstoppable laughter at a unexpected word exchanged at home. Such a goodness to let it out. Much love!
I love these practices so much. Without realising it, Jessica has been by my side with her yoga classes for almost two years now. I've been through some major changes throughout this time and these practices have been a real balm to the soul. Did this practice before going to bed. Really soothing. I have a lot of thoughts running around mi head since my ex and I broke up last week, so I am trying to do this that keep me calm and make the sadness into more of a nostalgia...Trying to keep everythingas a happy memory.

Today I beat myself up for not going to the gym, but remembered that yoga can be the best form of self care. Especially during a stressful day/ time. This is the best stress relieving yoga practice i have ever participated in. Thank you. I will be returning to this when needed
End of the school year when working as a teacher means a heavy workload becoming even heavier, a lack of sleep and a constant feeling of exhaustion. Usually I use exercise to release stress, but having a cold with a sore throat that was not an option. This was a perfect way to start my Saturday which will continue with assessing and grading student assignments. Probably will use the same tactics for the upcoming couple of days. Thank you!

I have tried a lot of UA-cam yoga instructors but I just keep coming back to you. Everything in your practice is just PERFECT for me: the flow, the pace, your voice and most especially your detailed instruction/description of the poses. With you, I no longer need to glance at the TV to see if I’m getting your instruction correctly so I can really focus on my poses and balance. I also appreciate the fact that even though you have an app already, you really try your best to post relevant videos here in UA-cam for free. Thank you so much for this. Finally I found what I need, slow conscious movements. A lot of yoga classes "talk" about "relaxing" but so many times there is still an agenda behind it to "get somewhere". In them, I always see myself rushing through the poses, there is not time to breath in peace, or to get to the right place in the pose. ahah. It is always hard to find slow moving exercises in the culture of the go-go-go (the culture of the "more is more"). Even your voice, being a bit ahead of the movement, giving us time to change poses, like you are with us, waiting for us and in our timing. A more human timing... I also cried in the beginning, like so many others here. I love the gentleness, and the true love present in the class. Much gratitude.
i usually never comment on youtube but this video deserved a comment..i was in tears during the last 5 mins of the video and i feel a lot less anxious than before..the last 2 years have been really tough on me ,i've only seen downfalls which had almost made me lose faith in every possible thing but after this session i felt grateful after a very long time for all the things god has blessed me this life ,i will make sure to only inculcate habits which have positive impact on my life one of them being yoga (at least 10mins a day).I'm hopeful that the results reflect over time and eventually break the cycle of overthinking which leads to uncontrollable anxiety. thank you for this lovely video

This is so funny. My cat is a very nice cat but not too cuddly. As i was on the floor, she started circling around me, showing me more attention than she has in 8 years. At one point, i look up and your kitty was doing the same thing! Thank you for letting her be in your video! Ive been out of shape for a few years, even though im relatively active. I got married 5 years ago and went through menopause at the same time. My Philippino husband introduced me to new foods I never had before. That was a deadly triangle for me as I quickly gained 30 pounds since then. Im 57 and still run circles around my much younger co-workers, but my old metabolism isn't the same as it used to be. Im a nurae at a dialysis unit so we're always hopping. Thank you for your sweet relaxing voice and being my first yoga experience!

I like your choice of music is so soft and non startling. I personally like videos without music but I am okay with the ones with very soft music.
