I really like the frequent, clear directions so I don't have to keep looking at the TV. The reminders to breathe are awesome. As someone who isn't very flexible, I also really appreciate the short, repetitive motions instead of holding something hard for a long time once. Thank you!
I don't very often react, but this was one of the nicest yoga classes I've found. Just the right combination of stretch, strength and ease for me. I feel energized again, I do feel like I've moved but not like I had to overdo myself. Thank you for this one!

same, i use to be almost 300lbs 6'1 n since using this for the year, ive lost 19 lbs went to 6'2 n can fully move my entire body lol!!! strange how simple stretching each day does WONDERS for the body, legit did nothing else, just started weight training now, this yoga at the start n end of workout n good god does it make you feel sooo much more energy for the day

I did not expect to cry. When we got to the pulsing butterfly stretch, an unexpected emotional release came through. I’ve been in a lot of discomfort for months from a recently diagnosed torn hip labrum. Been trying to get back into gentle movement versus running and today I was actually able to do all the poses pain free, a milestone day, thank you for the flow!

I wasn't crazy about this video at first since I have rotator cuff issues, but as soon as she got into the hips my sciatica was immediately relieved. Wow. Absolutely wonderful for hip and mobility and sciatica relief. Very nice surprise.

This class was absolutely amazing and exactly what I needed! I really enjoyed the transitions between a lizard pose and a half split. I always struggled to do half splits, but with a leg slightly to the side it is way easier and doable for me. Thank you Jessica ✨🙏🏼

Oh my goodness! My birthday is in 2 months and I'll turn 39 then. I decided today I would start a 60 day challenge which would finish the day before my birthday. I was about to go "Jillian Michaels 30 day Shred" hard but decided I would start today with a stretch instead. I searched UA-cam and came across your video and to be honest the time is what made me decide to go with it. All the others were 10 and 15 mins but I decided to get a proper stretch so the 26 mins video seemed ideal. Let me tell you!!! I never expected to hear all the cracking of my joints and what would seem like easy stretches (if I was just watching it as oppose to actually doing it) to actually humble me. My I discovered so many of my muscles were sooo tight that I couldn't hold the poses for the full length of time or I couldn't turn as far as I was supposed to because it would hurt but I did what I could for as long as I could without giving up. I can't wait to be able to do the poses in proper form. I can only imagine what an amazing feeling that will be!!! Your voice is sooo soothing and when I was done I felt lighter and like a rush of fresh air passed through me and cleansed my soul. I honestly felt happy for no particular reason. I can't wait to check out and try your other videos and uhm...Jillian Michaels who??? Thank you! Thank you! Thank you Jessica!!!❤❤❤

Thank you very much for this flow. I use it regularly for managing back tightness and pain. My only suggestion is for a period of reflection at the end that allows one to close things off with meditation. But perhaps that's in the app.

Hello, stretching exercises are really great for the body☀. I increased my height by 4 inches in 4 months and this result is truly incredible for me. During this period, I used Shiydf and did regular stretching exercises every week. I hope everyone achieves their dreams!
After trying a lot of different other yoga creators with similar flows, this is still the one that hits the right spot in a way others just don't. No other youtube flow leaves me feeling this supple, flexible and energized at the same time even right after finishing, there's something about the sequence of the poses chosen that just works for me, so I'll probably keep coming back for this for a while, and obviously try some of your other flows at some point!! Great work, thank you for making this kind of content.

Been doing yoga every day since April, never skip. Goddess squat and beyond took it over the top and the muzik is divine, so ethereal. I love doing 60-75' sessions after a very long run however my sweet spot is definitely your 25-30' flow. You're so awesome Jessica!
This one was so hard for me. I usually do beginner videos meant for calming down. I have been dealing with chronic pain over a decade and I think this just means I should focus more on mobility.
I just did this practice and I'm new to Yoga! I really enjoyed the relaxing music in the background and you aren't too fluffy with your words lol. I've had spinal pain for years and the doctors just give me pills so I'm hoping to get some relief through yoga. Thanks again, I'll look forward to seeing you on the mat next time 🧘♂️🕉️ ✌️
