- This video is a restorative 35-minute class, no props needed. We'll be holding the postures longer to get a deeper stretch and encourage the body to relax and let go. This class is perfect to do when you need a gentle practice.

Me and my 7 year old son just did this, 1st time we did yoga together. We loved it. At the end when you said find movements in your hands he reached out to my hand and held it.

Needed this today after a night of hard partying, thank you! subscribed. Only one suggestion, maybe don't suddenly turn the music volume up so loud for shavasana, it sort of took me out of the flow to have to get up and turn the volume down on my speakers.

I’m currently going through psychiatric drug withdrawals and having a really hard time coping. I’m brand new to yoga but was willing to try anything to make me feel better. your yoga session made me cry, such a release....right from the child pose, yoga is so powerful, it has always been my best friend when life would get overwhelming, stressful or I was going through something major. Your voice is so calming, allowed me to leave the physical space and just go within. Sometimes we are dealing with things and think the coast is clear, we are ok, ready to move on or have healed....we come to a child pose and surrender realizing we haven’t even begun the healing process while emotional pain is moving through every part of our body. People think yoga is just a set of movements that stretch your muscles...what they quickly realize is that yoga is a path for pain to travel through our body to finally get released when we surrender. This session really helped to quiet my mind. I've been working towards finding some semblance of inner peace for months after continuing to struggle with anxiety and depression and not only did this flow remind me that taking thirty-five minutes out of my busy day for my own mental and physical health is important, but also that I am growing much stronger and resilient as a person. I’ve never done any yoga before this and you have convinced me to make a commitment to it every day. Girl this helped release things I didn’t know needed it. I’m in a good headspace and my body feels awesome. This practice is amazing.
I adore Jessica's voice. Her voice is so calming and soothing. This restorative yoga session is my daily practice now. I do the practice before I go to sleep, and it really helps me to let go of the stress of the day. I am caring for someone with Alzheimer's (Pick's Disease) and my days can get really challenging. This yoga session ensures that I "care for the caregiver" and give myself some nurturing love.
This was absolutely perfect! My therapist has been encouraging me to start a yoga practice since it's extremely effective at treating PTSD/Trauma symptoms, but so many yoga videos, even ones specifically for PTSD, go so fast and I'm focusing so hard on keeping up I never get to actually feel the poses and feel my body completely. Definitely coming back for more, I feel incredibly relaxed and in my body after this. Thank you!
Yes. Restorative yoga is great for healing and relaxation. Anything 20 mins or more is perfect.

Thank you SO MUCH for this excellent yoga video! It is SO hard to find a yoga video that doesn't just rush through all the poses (don't we rush all day through our schedules already??). I love how slow this one goes, so you actually have time to breathe and give your body time to settle in and actually relax. I feel so energized, my mind is clear and calm, I'm definitely doing this one again. A+++ please make more of these!! :]
I used to do yoga all the time, daily in fact. I haven't done self-care like this in literal years. I had this moment in pidgeon where I almost burst into tears and the thought came into my mind, This is what you have been denying yourself. You are worth this."
And during shavasana, I was so proud of myself for finally being able to give myself more than 5 minutes of a yoga class. I can't stop crying.

Im gonna be real, ive tried many yoga videos to help me relax and move at home and this is the FIRST video ive followed all the way through. Your voice is sooo relaxing and your pace is amazing for me. No shade to other yoga teachers on YT but they include a lot of affirmations that feeling a little distracting for my own tastes (like i said, no shade if thats your thing!) and your commentary is just so gentle and guiding. Serious props, and thank you!!!
I'm new to your channel. This is the first video I have watched from you. It was very slow paced and relaxing. Im usually used to fast paced yoga that is challenging so this was different for me and something I really needed today to slow down and take it a little bit more easier from my norm. I can't love this enough. I will be 60 in a couple of weeks, and have been attempting to figure out how I want to live my best years. This was my first experience with restorative yoga, and it was wonderful!
A really lovely session. It's been years since I've done yoga regularly and this was a wonderful reintroduction. If you can convince the birds on your patio to start singing halfway through I highly recommend it, lol.

This is such a wonderful, relaxing and peaceful session. l have looked very hard for a yoga practice that was similar style to the on at my fitness club prior to COVD but not much luck until I found your amazing voice and practice and I switched to your channel. For me the third eye is the one who sees from the inside, how can you see the seer? If you see anything is samsara and visions are just imaginations... but most if not all can be materialised through enough concentration. I wish you many blessings...

Lovely 😊 I recently had emergency surgery and after I got the ok for some stretching I wanted to do restorative yoga but I have minimal props. This was PERFECT for me to use while I get my body back to my previous yoga practice. It also helped me release energies held by the trauma of the emergency and the surgery. Grateful for finding this 🙏🏻 A'ho

I am so happy to find you, Jessica 💗 You are a wonderful yoga teacher. I'm trying to go back to my flexibility and yoga path. I started with your seated and restorative yoga classes because I have lower back disk issues. Had 2 lumbar injections that were painful, expensive, and useless in the long term. I decided that gentle movement and collagen and rosehip supplements would help me much better, and they did.
Will continue your wonderfully constructed classes. Love your gentle and relaxing voice. That's a natural bonus 🥰🥰🥰

Amazing experience... not much into yoga but have beeen plagued with sports injury and my sister suggested your class and have been doing it 2 to 3 times per week and it’s helped my groin injury. Any yoga practice you recommend for tennis elbow.

Loved it. Today I jus ate junk mostly cuz of stress. I was feeling so low and down. My energy was 0 and I was feeling lost and my entire body was feeling heavy and strained. I just finished doing this. It was such a calming experience. I enjoyed every second of it. This is absolutely perfect after a stressful day. Il sleep well today. Thanku 💜

Thanks for a wonderful class. I loved all of the hip openers. I did some stretching beforehand, and the difference in tightness before and after the flow was very noticeable. And thank you for leaving moments of silence in between cues for us to rest in our breath.. So appreciated.
