Starting 30th September to practice many asanas, meditations and learn the yoga philosophy.
Welcome to our Yoga for Anxiety Relief video. In this session, we'll guide you through a soothing series of poses designed to help you release tension, quiet your mind, and alleviate anxiety. This practice is more than just physical; it's a holistic approach that combines deep breathing, mindful movements, and the power of presence to help you find inner peace.
Remember, yoga is not about perfection, it's about progress and personal growth. So, don't worry if you can't perform every pose perfectly. Listen to your body, move at your own pace, and most importantly, be gentle with yourself.
Here are a few tips to enhance your practice:
Practice on an empty stomach. Ensure a gap of at least 3 hours between your meal and practice. If you've had a fruit, a 2-hour gap is sufficient.
Wear loose, comfortable cotton clothes. Avoid tight, polyester, dry-fit clothing as your skin needs fresh air as you transition between asanas.
If you're a beginner, consider keeping a mirror next to you. This will help you observe and correct your poses.

मैं आपकी शुक्रगुजार हूं,🙏❣️ मै अपनी feelings से लड़ने लगी थी कुछ भी सोचती ही बस खुदको परेशान करती क्योंकि tension कि वजह से मै बहुत ज्यादा over thinking करने लगी थी वो भी बाते सोच लेना जैसी मैना कभी थी और ना मै वर्तमान में किसी के साथ कर रही थी मैंने सद्गुरु और satik भोजन को follow किया उनकी बाते मुझे अच्छी लगती लेकिन अपने माहौल के साथ में वो करने में असमर्थ थी इस कारण मैं और भी ज्यादा असहाय महसूस करने लगी लेकिनजल जब से मैंने आपके साथ योगा करना शुरु किया हैं मैं ज्या जैसा हो जाना चाहती थी उससे भी बेहतर होगर ई टू दू हॅ मतलब कि मेरे विचार मुझे मिल गये और इसके साथ ही ऐसे गुण भी आ गये जो पहले नही थे मुझमें और जो मेरा जीवन सरल कररहे है।
और हा आप Please योग करते time ये ना कहे कि वी ख्याल ना सोंचे क्योकि मना करने परमन ज्यादा उधर जाता है।😅 अब तो थोड़ा कम हुआ है ये 1

Mai bhi daily yoga karna chahta hu . Agar aap koi सुझाव dena chahe toh please batayiye. Ki mujhe aapna daily routine kaisa rakhna chahiye. Aor aapne apne stress ko kaise thik kiya

Some times all of a sudden for no reason all the problems (small to big) hits me and I feel overwhelming sad and anxious....the worst part is I try to ease my self by eating junk food like chips and whatever fried food is available.....today I can across your video ....I am not sure if it helped me mentally but I felt bit light....thanks😊
