This is phenomenal. I just got a PP 24v Polaris Ranger for my kids, but the battery life is awful. Did you see improved battery life or performance with the replacement batteries over the PP ones? Great video man.
you mentioned that the positive blades were larger, and I saw you change the small cable on the left positive to right negative, but I didn't see you change anything on the yellow wire - so how did the yellow wire/connection fit the right battery positive blade if it was now smaller on the new battery?
Timothy Dike, you don't really need a part number brother. Just Google 12v12ah battery. Just make sure it's a gel cell lead acid. You'll get millions of options. The part numbers will vary by the maker and the stamp users of the battery. But they are all the same.
Super helpful!

bugeyes5 the connection though bigger will still easily connect to the new batteries blade
Awesome! Thanks!
Has anyone tried hooking up a Dewalt 20v battery? I'm wondering how well they'd do in this 24v system. I have a ton of them laying around.
Works great. Just low amp hours so not as long runtime, but your getting good power.
Im guessing you're still able to use the peg prego charger?
Drew Vieyra yes
Can you post the part number of the batteries you used?

Do they use a common case size?
Timothy Dike . The 12v12ah batteries are all the same size. For this demo i removed them from a case... which was for the perego 24v packs
SO I CAN DO AWAY WITH MY 24V BATTERY AND REPLACE WITH 2 12V BATTERYS
luke weightman yeah. probably way cheaper
wher did you buy the new baterys
Daniel Salas its a secret. but i would try goimg to a place that sells or maintains security systems or fire systems
Ci vuole una batteria 12v 44ah va benissimo e dura anche più di 10 km (quelle a forma di cubetto).
La mia era 12v in origine.
Did you have to switch out the gear box?
not unless its stripped
Stock 24v or upgrade to 24v?
this was stock
