Hello I have a 24 volt rzr and any time I hook up the battery and hit the pedal it starts to beep very loud from the main board and idea what the issue could be ?
I love your videos! Really clear explanation. Just bought the same one as in the video. I put 2 new batteries in I don’t have leds on in the dashboard. Do you think the circuit board is fried or did I forget some powerswitch? Thanks in advance!
Hi guys, awesome conversion, but.. 🙂 I´m afraid 36V will be much more powerfull to handle, maybe not for my son but for his friends for sure. Is it possible to use some one direction PWM regulator (10-50V input, 60A, 1500W) to temporarily adjust lower voltage from controller output for motors (blue and yellow) to relay? Just cut this path and add the regulator between? Greetings from Czech republic. Thanks Martin
Your link for the relay is to a 12 volt relay. Is that going to work with a 36 volt setup? Or do I need to get a different relay? You have a copy of your wiring diagram available?

@@CustomKidzCars doubt Is if engine and transmission gears Will sustain this additional strength..(.I reviewed many of your videos and also looking at new models in the market, my feeling Is that quality of product Is Always decreasing)
@@DanieleGhislieri-nc3sw definitely not as strong as the gen 1 gearboxes but the peg boxes and motors stand up to 36 volts just fine, especially with a variable speed throttle setup

You use a step down converter so you would need a 36 to 12 volt step down
How can You gradualy increase velocity using relays?

Yes, it's a simple dc brushed motor. Motor spins more rpms
