That's awesome- I tried to do the same but now the 2 speed gator will only run in the lower speed setting. Any ideas why? Definitely not getting the speed you are. On setting 1 it's equivalent to the old battery on high speed. Using Milwaukee m18 high output HD 12.0 battery. Thanks

Prolly to many amps that’s a 12 amp battery. Might have messed up the speed switch

How long does it run on one battery? I just got two 18V 6Ah Milwaukee style batteries and that connector you recommended. Just curious how long my kid will ride before I have to switch out batteries.

I notice it don’t move as fast and I swap them. Just keep a eye on its performance and you can tell
