30 Min SAVAGE KETTLEBELL Strength + BODYWEIGHT Cardio HIIT (🔥Burn Up To 500 Calories🔥)

  • In this 30 Min SAVAGE KETTLEBELL Strength + BODYWEIGHT Cardio HIIT we will have 2x blocks of exercises. Each Block contains 5x supersets and we will perform each superset without any rest in between. After each superset (2x 35 seconds) there will be a 20 seconds rest and we will go through each 5x supersets for 2x rounds in a row!
    In this Workout I am using a 12kg (Blue) 16kg (Yellow) and a 20kg (Purple) kettlebell form “👑 Kettlebell Kings”
    If you are an extreme die hard and would like to increase the volume of this HIIT, Perform this routine for 2x rounds (2x 30 min.) P.S. more Power to YOU!

    The post time workout feeling I get every time I do your workout is the bestest feeling ever.. the sweat, the heart rate, the droplets on my mat, the shivering of my hands and legs all these make me feel blessed and immensely satisfied

      @@DANIELPTFITNESS the pre time workout feeling usually a mixture of scary and excitement.. scary cause I don't know whether I'll be able to hit the last rep or not and excitement cause I get to know the new moves.. but when I finally complete your workout and 2-3 days later the after effect on my body makes me smile every time I check myself in the mirror

    Hello, my name is Erika. These are the best online workouts that I have found! Hands down! I have a home gym and did go to the gym for years, as well as dance classes. I'm SICK of the American style of constant talking (less working out approach) they need to shut the hell up! Constant talking turns me off. I am American born. My blood is German and Swedish. Maybe this is why? Thanks SO very much! 👍👍👍👍

    Hi Daniel, thank you for the wonderful workouts. I have been incorporating them in my routine for the last 4 months. I managed to do this workout 1.5 times (block 1, block 2 and block 1 again) after which my lungs gave up 😁 Hit a max heart rate of 190 BPM. Turn 40 this April!

      I don't know what your fitness level and fitness goals is, in general would say 2-3x week strength 2-3x Hiit / Cardio!
