I just found you all yesterday and I did a workout yesterday and today. I must say you all have mastered getting a great workout in without causing pain or being too difficult to complete it. I love that I can complete a workout in 20 to 30 minutes so no excuse for not enough time to hit the gym. Thank you for sharing this with us! I look forward to my next workout.

Certainly my favorite juice+Toya workout. Here I thought I was going to be doing the same thing for set 2, but the variation tricked my brain into thinking it was new motivating me to push harder for set 2. I think we definitely more of these types of exercises. I did it with 20lb weights

J+T your workouts were a big part of my getting back into shape over the past two or three years. Thank for that. However my doctor has told me to stop doing squats and lunges, so I have recently had to find alternatives. I can sometimes adapt (e.g. doing RDLs instead of squats) but I’d love it if you would do some knee friendly workouts, more upper body only workouts pr modifications to swap out the squats and lunges.

Did this one with 20lbs all the way threw. I normally use 25-30 lbs for my legs and 20lbs for my arms. I was sweating the whole time. Feeling good... was suppose to be cardio day so I thought lets try this workout out. It was definitely a one that gets you sweaty! Full body all the way.

Upper thirties, sports injury history, & got whacked with Covid and upper respiratory virus last season. overall I been slowing down at 36 even without the illnesses. Always hated the gym but love getting to play hockey still so I need to stay fit. YOUR workouts have helped me bounce back tremendously! I now only watch your videos to workout to & implement some of my own cardio/skating training on alternating days. The format and presentation is so excellent & consistent making it super easy to follow and keep pace. I need to be challenged so thank you very much! ❤🙌 Great job!!

Good morning guys this was really challenging but I did it !!! I have been doing your workouts for a few months and can see that I am improving. I only get chance to do longer work on Sunday and you are the only people I follow on that day 😊. I know it's not enough but I do shorter workouts to fit my work and school run etc. I'm 47 very near to be 48 and I'd never thought I'd be strength training but here I am. You guys are so real and encouraging so even someone like me can do this. ❤❤ Keep going!!

I have been following you guys since March 2023 needed to learn how to work out with weights. Since I was a beginner I found your beginner work outs and loved them! I got stronger and started doing other videos you have and I loved everyone of them! I was upset I missed your Houston (🤘H-TOWN WOOOOOOHOOO!!!🤘) visit sooooooooo bummed, next time! Well the past month I was curious to see other workout videos doing weights and meh, they're good but I needed that feel good feeling like I did with your videos. So I came across this new video and OMG I am drenched and made me realize y'all are the ones that get it done!! Thank you so much I see results and muscle gain! 31, 6ft2, 85kgs weight currently and pretty fit cardio wise/muscular - this workout had be drenched in sweat and in pain (the good kind). I used 8.5kg dumbells. Will definitely be back to do it again and try the other workouts.
