Dear you both are god send to us. You have changed me in so many ways. I was postpartum depressed mother. In 6months time I have reduced 19kg. I’m more confident happy positive and stronger physically & mentally. There are many workouts on UA-cam but what you guys do is phenomenal. Hats of to you both! I started working out with you about 4 weeks ago and I started with the beginner kettle bell workouts. This week I have been trying the HIIT Kettlebell workouts. I thought I was doubtful that I would have the endurance to complete the workouts, but I did. I can't say how much I enjoy your workouts. I enjoy the whole vibe you present along with your approach! I've been doing this and a few other of your KB workouts 5 times per week for the past few weeks and I'm already feeling and looking way better. Still a way to go to lose these love handles but this kind of workout, along with the non-annoying music and 3 second beep warning is exactly what I need and can keep coming back to daily. Thanks!

You guys have helped me lose almost 20 lbs and I’m using double the weight for my kettlebell workouts in only 3 months! I only use kettlebells due to space so I’d love more workouts to change it up a bit. An arm focused workout would be great!
Good Morning all... I tried these two out today because I found a set of kettles at TJMax and wanted to use them. After following VShred and committing to my fitness for the last 2 months, this was an easy transition. Not only challenging, but I can appreciate how great the format is. They use good timing methods like showing exercises during the rest period on one side and the second timer in the video on the other. I hate having to look at my phone timer while straining my neck to find out how many seconds I need to rest. Better yet there is a beep indicator. Love this feature. Glad I gave these cuties a try. I'm a new subscriber. This month I'll be here.
Just did this yesterday for the first time, I also do your other 20 minute kettlebell vids and some dumbbells vids. I think this one is the best one I have done, I was wrecked after it. I do it with two 8kg kettlebells and one 16kg for the single moves. I dont know how Juice uses two 16kgs, he must be seriously strong. I will try to progress to two 12s at some stage. Thanks for this.
this workout was perfect before my run, not too intense yet still challenging so I can let my muscles grow a little (hopefully) only a slight suggestion coming from someone who has practiced yoga for a few years now: the leg stretches in the cool down are more effective when held, eg: stretch the right leg first and try to hold it so the muscles really have a chance to lengthen. You could switch after 15 seconds instead of switching every 1-2 sec. Other than that thank you guys so much for your content! Love the neutral music as well as your lovely vibes. You make me feel like I have actual coaches with me in my living room.

I did this workout for the first time and loved it. My calf muscles are a little sore today so I know that means I worked them well. I would love to see more workouts that involve the calf muscle. :) Thanx for the variety!
Something about this workout leaves me absolutely dripping!! It’s not that it’s super hard but challenging enough. I actually had so much fun, I found my new fav workout!! Ty both!!!

OMG!!!! Loved, Loved this routine guys. I need to work on my lunges though. But, I got half through the workout and will try again on Friday to get through the entire workout. Now, I did manage to get through the 20-minute Full Body Dumbbell Workout No Repeat and I can feel it in my arms definitely. I did 6 lbs dumbbells for that one, I can't hang with Toya on the 10lbs just yet LOL. Thanks!!!!
This was a great workout! its feb 2022 and Im stuck in my house do to the weather. So glad it didnt have any jumping and what a nice cool down. Im now going to be a subscriber!

Love a workout where the trainers lead from the front. Much respect and appreciation for the varied exercises. Abdominal exercises were a favorite because they used kettlebells to stress chest and arms while lifting legs. Thanks. Just need your design skills to create more kettlebell workouts.
Loving your workouts. My partner and I are 58 and 60 and these routines are great to help our fitness and bone strength. Really great style. Keep it up.
This was a killer. Only wish it was a legit 25 mins. This 25 mins includes warm up and cool down so it was about 20 mins. But it was a great one. Love kettlebells

great workout guys :) ! I would call it more Intermediate than advanced, but that's exactly what I needed this morning coming back from an injury. Of course I could up my weight and make it more advanced and will when I need to, which hopefully is soon!!! All the best!!!

This is the most intense and thorough workout I have ever done! To be able to do it in the privacy of my own home is definitely a plus.
I love how you do the warmup and cooldown all in the 25 mins!

I love the 25 min workouts! Short enough to be mentally manageable but long enough to have an impact. Thanks!!
