30 minute Kettlebell + Bodyweight Full Body Workout (ABS & Strength Supersets)

- In this 30 minute Kettlebell + Bodyweight Full Body Workout we will Mix the abs exercises with the upper body slow paste strength movements without any jumping. We will be working with 16x Supersets in total. We will be performing each movement for 45 seconds and with 15 seconds rest between the superset movements and 20 seconds between the supersets.
In case you want to increase the intensity of the workout you can use heavier kettlebells or/ and perform the movements quicker!. In case you want to increase the volume of the workout you can do this routine for 2x rounds in a row.
In this Workout I am using a 12kg (Blue), 16kg (Yellow) and a 20kg (Purple) Kettlebell.
Please make sure to do a proper warming up before starting the workout:

Bought this for my youngest to develop basic form for single hand kettlebell work. ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxtaDAl93XF8wxJhssTtjIFjzid82wglva It has a nice grip on it, just a little rough so it isn't slippery. I was doing a few rotator cuff exercises to test and worked well for those movements I'd been doing with a regular dumbbell. Cool thing you can do is hold it in your hand for door-knob turns to work the forearm and grip. Note: it's small, almost all handle, but that's what I expected given the weight. Smallest I've worked with before is 15lbs, so it was kind of funny to see the difference 10lbs makes.

That exercise toward the end where you do a good morning and squat but you don’t move your arms at all was amazing. Never felt anything like that in my hamstrings. Thanks so much for finding yet another amazing way to do a work out without repeats! This channel gets better every day.

Great workout ! However I'm always scared to hurt my back whenever I train abs. Any tips on how to keep my lower back on the floor ? I feel like I just can't haha. Keep up the great vids !
Keep the abdominal engaged during the movement and have your hip tilted slightly to the front while you are lying down... I hope this helps!
@@DANIELPTFITNESS in my case, too much planks hurts my shoulder... This is why I prefer ABS workout with kettlebell instead of own weight!
