Serious Kettlebell Hiit Follow Along

- In this Serious Kettlebell Hiit workout we will have 30x movements with kettlebell and a few bodyweight movements. We are going to perform each movement for 40 seconds long and we will have 20 seconds rest in between. After the first 15 movements we will have a 50 seconds water-break.
You can simply increase the intensity of this workout by adding more weight or/and by doing this routine 2-3 rounds in a row (depending on your fitness level).
In this workout I'm using a 12kg, 16kg and 20kg kettlebell of KettlebellKings :

Did the damn thing Daniel. Once again this was another gem of a workout. Always love the no repeat format. Thus was a really composed total body burner a wonderful mix of compound movements,unilateral work mixed in with elements of core and cardio that kept the heart rate elevated.
