Serious Kettlebell Hiit Follow Along

  • In this Serious Kettlebell Hiit workout we will have 30x movements with kettlebell and a few bodyweight movements. We are going to perform each movement for 40 seconds long and we will have 20 seconds rest in between. After the first 15 movements we will have a 50 seconds water-break.
    You can simply increase the intensity of this workout by adding more weight or/and by doing this routine 2-3 rounds in a row (depending on your fitness level).
    In this workout I'm using a 12kg, 16kg and 20kg kettlebell of KettlebellKings :

    1. 00:20 Single Arm Bent Over Row - Reverse Lunge (L)
    2. 01:20 Single Arm Bent Over Row - Reverse Lunge (R)
    3. 02:20 Giant Step Jumps
    4. 03:20 Single Arm Overhead Press - Squat (R)
    5. 04:20 Single Arm Overhead Press - Squat (L)
    6. 05:20 Kettlebell Hike
    7. 06:20 Jackknife
    8. 07:20 Push Up - Knee Tuck
    9. 08:20 Alternating Pick Up & Press
    10. 09:20 Break Dancer - Explosive Leg Extension Jumps
    11. 10:20 Kneeling 3x Row - Switch Jump
    12. 11:20 Explosive Sit Ups
    13. 12:20 Hammer Swing Reverse Lunge (L)
    14. 13:20 Hammer Swing Reverse Lunge (R)
    15. 14:20 4x High Knees - Flat Down
    Water-Break 50 Seconds
    16. 15:57 3x Explosive Rows - Half Burpee
    17. 16:57 Tap Down Reach Up
    18. 17:57 Alternating Staggered Swings
    19. 18:57 3x Mountain Climbers - Rotation
    20. 19:57 Alternating Lateral Lunge Take Over
    21. 20:57 Shuffle Lunges

    A Great kettlebell HIIT sesh done. Was Fun and sweated. Iove kettlebell workout so much. I'm so happy to descovered you.

    My n° one will be Julliete Wooten always becouse she is the only person helping me to solved my shoulder pain.
    You are the second becouse i have two days workout with you used heavy weights without get any shoulders and arms pain.

    Did the damn thing Daniel. Once again this was another gem of a workout. Always love the no repeat format. Thus was a really composed total body burner a wonderful mix of compound movements,unilateral work mixed in with elements of core and cardio that kept the heart rate elevated. Always creative with the combination of movements. Just love the energy of this one. Great job as always from your #1 fan!!!!!
