35 min SWEAT Kettlebell HIIT | Full Body | Explosive + Strength

  • In this 35-minute SWEAT Kettlebell HIIT workout, we will focus on a full-body, explosive, and strength-building routine. We will have 10 sets of paired exercises, completing 2 rounds consecutively. Each exercise will be performed for 35 seconds, with a 15-second rest in between, and a 20-second rest after each set. Expect a challenging workout with a combination of intense movements targeting both the lower and upper body.
    Let's get to work!
    These are the kettlebells that I am using:
    20KG (displayed as RED on the screen)
    16KG (displayed as YELLOW on the screen)
    12KG (displayed as GREEN on the screen)
    Before starting the workout, make sure to properly warm up by following this video:

    LOVE! With the intensity of your workouts, I'm able to only work out 3 days a week to maintain my weight and STILL GET GAINS. Don't ever stop what you're doing :)

    Whew!!!...that was an extra sweaty one!!! My favorite was the last little bundle of exercises. Particularly the reverse lunge-bicep curl-shoulder press combo. I felt like a badass!!! Thank You, DanielPT!!!

    It’s taken me this long but finally I realised what the PT in DANIELPT stands for. And it’s Daniel Possibly Terminator. There’s no way a real human can continue to maintain that form throughout a workout without needing a leg replacement.
