    Sir ji abhi mai fit thi Sara routine kar pa rahi thi but abhi loksabha election duty me thoda puzzle hui to due to symptoms I think cyatica pain h hip se foot tk heavy pain huya tb se chal nhi pa rahi I loose my confidence please suggest something yogasan maine apka cytica wala vedio yoga follow Kiya h kya mai Anya exercise kar sakti hon mujhe harm to nhi hoga pain increase to nhi hoga please reply
