Madam, normally inhaling from nose is advised,kindly tell the significance of inhaling and exhaling from mouth in kumbhak pranayam.
As I explained we can inhale almost triple with mouth than nose. Here retention of much air is important as we are doing only 5 rounds advantage is more👍
