just found you yesterday and can't stop watching. your videos make me excited to eat healthier, even tho it is a bit hard as I live at home and do not buy all the food and also due to work I don't prepare all my food myself. but I try to stop by a local market once or twice a week to buy some great food like fresh tomatoes, cucumber, mangos, apples, lentils, beans and so on to add a healthier twist to my mums food.... keep up your amazing work, your videos give me so much happiness! greets from switzerland xx
