I have been watching your channel since my 20s and now as 30something year old mom, I still find your videos SO comforting. Hope you’re well. 💕
I have had the same experience!
Ditto!
when i cant drag myself out of bed, i walk to the corner of my street to get a coffee. it motivates me enough to get up and moving and then i feel a lot better about my day, huge mood!
Dear Nina, thank you for reminding me both of my humanness and inspiring me to live the life I desire to. 🧡Thank you for showing a healthy balance and being honest- I can’t describe in words how much your videos have helped me through the years- but they feel like a hug from an older wiser version of myself🌞 you are amazing, thank you for showing up and sharing your realness in this crazy world🫰🏻
Baking+reading=pure happiness ❤
🥲💖
Hi Nina, thank you for your great videos. I have bipolar disorder and AvPD and you have inspired me a lot. I love how you try to treat yourself well and not be too strict. It's often so hard to break out of these patterns and you help me to do that. I wish you lots of strength for your studies and your work and just to keep your balance. Thank you for making regular videos on the side, I can imagine it's very exhausting. Please don't stress yourself. Best wishes from Germany, Lisa
Hi Lisa! Fellow bipolar viewer here. I find her videos helpful too. Have a lovely day
Thank you Nina for just being you!!! Aaah to see the pistachio lemon cake🫖☕🍵🥧🍋yum!!! And you always make me so happy when you show us around the city, books, baking away... Books i go back to when i am in a rut or when i am in a need of something warm and cozy or just to laugh a little are these:"Days at the Morisaki bookshop" Satoshi Yagisawa."The house in the cerulian sea" TJ Klune. Classics like "Jane Eyre" by Charlotte Bronte. Neil Gaiman books like "Good omens" or "The graveyard book". Mary Oliver. "Women who run with the wolves" Clarissa Pinkola Estes. And you always inspire me just by listening to you speak about books or seeing your piles of books🕯📓📚🖋Warm hugs coming your way from Sweden
Me, also in paralysis, watching your video as a soothing mechanism so that I can more easily do the next good thing :)
