This is how we ate when we were at our yoga teacher training school. We wouldn't eat this way three times a day because it can be quite labour intensive, but we just wanted to give you an idea of the array amazing Indian dishes we ate!
Having said that we did have leftovers for almost the entire week so maybe you could meal prep and eat away from Monday to Sunday!

I've NEVER, ever bought an e-book from any content creator online, and your channel has been so amazing, and the things you, say, make and do are so inspiring. Love the vegan twists on the indian recipes. Just a tip- coriander seeds are generally dry roasted and then ground up into a powder. Roasting them before grinding really enhances their flavor. The ground up coriander seeds can then be sprinkled into different dishes. if you dont mind the intense taste of the whole seed then forget i said anything :)
Uuuuuu, we might try that next time! Honestly I do love the whole coriander seed you get every now and then. but I know some people do find it quite intense.

I make hose chickpea pancakes all the time!! Just a tip, to avoid lumps in the batter, add the water slowly! Honestly saves a lot of time! 😊
