Excellent video! To add extra protein and creaminess to my overnite oats I add FF yogurt (I also add it to my scrambled eggs and they come out delicious!). I slice up fresh banana and use real peanut butter also as my preference is real food rather than protein powders/overly processed foods.... also use real cheese just less of it....a few grates of parm or some swiss so yummy! My peppers I go even further than yours and use my air fryer....for about 30 or 40 minutes they get really tasty and blackened.... my favorite! Thank you for a great show! You are so organized and meticulous and that's something I so admire!

Yummy! Another great meal prep. I keep forgetting about overnight oats. I think I have a recipe where I mix a Chobani one point yogurt with almond milk in mine. It’s from the WW app. There’s nothing like chocolate chips in the morning. Ha.

I have a ton of red bell peppers I got on sale the other day and I’ve been wondering what to turn them into. Definitely going to try these pizza peppers! Great video!!!

Thanks so much! I'm really not sure. It seems they are always trying to fine tune things. I think the program is pretty good this time, but seems like they make some kind of change every couple of years.
