      They sure do! I've always been a volume type person. I like to eat and then have it hold me over for hours. So when I make a salad, I usually throw in a bunch of high fiber and protein! Yum!

      Thanks, friend!! Yeah, 100 is my minimum I shoot for. I'm usually anywhere between 100 and 150.

    Very inspiring meals! I let my WW expire, but rejoined again because I felt chaotic. Thanksgiving activated my sweet tooth and it was driving me crazy. I realized I hate counting calories and WW makes it so easy to track food.
    I’ll probably have a breakfast similar to yours as I have some food to use up. I need to grocery shop so bad! I have a 1 pt wrap so I might add a tbsp of ranch and a tiny bit of taco sauce.
    I’m not a huge fan of raw carrots so I’ve been getting carrot sticks from Target and putting them in the air fryer and making fries out of them. Then I eat them with no sugar added ketchup. I just season with salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and maybe smoked paprika. I have a chips habit I’m trying to break.
    I love salmon over rice and broccoli. I’ll have to get those salmon planks from Walmart. I cook it on the grill with the plank and just leave the skins on because the meat just flakes right off. It’s such a pain to remove the skin! I’ll have to try the oven since grilling is a pain in the winter.

      You've got some GREAT ideas! I'll have to try the carrot sticks in the air fryer! I love roasted carrots in the oven, so I bet I would love those!! Thanks so much!

    I'm considering joining WW again. Should I go for the meetings or just do online? I just remember that the meetings and weigh ins were so helpful for my weight loss in the past. 😊

      That's up to you. I know what you mean about the in-person meetings. I used to love those years ago when I went in person. They don't have any places around me anymore, so I just do online. I'd say if you enjoyed the in-person meetings, see if they have any workshops around you. It's all about what works best for you. 😊

      I'm not sure of what thing you're referring to. I just put the egg whites in it and then once it was in the pan I added the other ingredients with some black pepper. Was that what it was?
