    Hi, very nice video. I will try this smoothie. I have been having joint pain, on and off, in my Index finger for several months now, and it gets very painful sometimes. I do not like taking drugs, so looking for natural cures for my joint pain. I eat too much junk food, so that might be making my pain worse.

    • @CoachSofia
      @CoachSofia  4 роки тому +5

      Yes, junk food is highly inflammatory. If you can't cut it all together, just reduce the quantity and frequency and focus on adding in more healthy foods. When you change your mindful from deprivation to actually adding in more foods you'll feel more satisfied. When you crave junk food try to find an alternative for them. I often make pizza from scratch using low carb flours (almond, flax ground, coconut flour, or even cauliflower), burgers, fries, etc but I substitute the ingredients. I also go with sweet potato oven fries and I switch burger bun with just lettuce wrap! I never miss any "junk foods".
      I just substitute the ingredients!

      I'd substitute the banana with berries (to reduce the sugar which is bad for inflammation), add in either ginger or turmeric or spirulina, maybe also collagen protein...Instead of banana, try an orange...it has vitamin C which helps with absorption and less sugar.
