    Thank you for sharing all these tips. I actually got worse after I stretch. I went ER & got dismissed with pain killers. I found out I have vitamin d deficiency too. Gonna try to get magnesium again. Sound healing has helped me to deal with pain & to sleep. Meditation definitely helps our mind in dealing with issues. Hope everyone heals! ❤

    I have a torn ligament in my left groin that is against my colon and if I pass wind or bursting to go to the toilet I am in pain and I also need to watch what I eat.

    Hi. Thanks for great videos. Regarding magnesium... isn’t there something one else must take with it to help with proper absorption? And regarding turmeric... how much to use with turmeric tea and also what is recommended daily amount (teaspoons/grams of ground)? Lastly, what about antioxidants, how important are they in reducing/eliminating inflammation? 🙏🏼 thank you

      Six bulging discs, here ... Walking is a nightmare. Sleeping is a nightmare.

    Woww... I have to cut back on yoga. I would practice it every single morning. Instead of doing me good it's been causing me to have pains now.

      try yin yoga, much better and calmer than the vinyasa yoga that is more common these days.
