Brilliant Lucy, I started 3 weeks ago doing the blood pressure workout after finding out at a Mental Health and Wellbeing event i was helping to run that my BP was just in the yellow. It made me realise that now and then is not enough. I am 5'4" tall and 8st 7lbs. But obviously even though i eat the right thing's sitting at a desk typing away for 8 hours means i am anything but fit. Thanks for always encouraging us to get moving. ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Hi Lucy, I'm loving your workouts and wondering if you could make a 30 minute one? This would include 4 of the 7 minute workouts for upper, abs, lower and arms and then a 2 minute stretch. I do them all indivually but it would be so much smoother if I didnt have to keep loading them up inbetween. The 20 minute one is good but I just want more!! Thank you x

Good morning Lucy and everybody. Just did this new workout and I love these type of workouts that have sequence that works so much better for moms like me who may have to pause to do things like getting our special needs daughter ready for school and her bus ,getting our dog outside. please Lucy if you can and if you have the time, please please make more workouts like these with sequences that you can pause after you do one sequence and get things done and go back to the workout 🌺it would be so phenomenal for moms like me. And thanks to you , every week I’m weighing myself and I’m losing pounds and not just ounces here and there. I’m now down to 148. I’m losing inches and yes I am eating better too. I’m eating smaller meals and snacks and if I’m cooking, I’m actually doing one or two of the exercise snacks which helps too. Thank you Lucy for what you’ve done for moms like me and everybody please keep it up. Love you so much from your Kingwood Texas family.
