Hiya, I’m glad you enjoy the workout. There are indicator beeps for start and finish of the exercises 3s before it starts and 3 before it finishes but the music may be too loud in this workout to hear it 🥲 will have to double check it’s loud enough for future workouts🙏

Mostly good loved the modifications and the fact that it targetted so many of my essential area. FOR ME, I had to modify the floor exercises after the first round due to knee and wrist issues.
Great workout- I have such a sore knee and need to strengthen and keep active and this was a great workout. I was able to do some of the difficult and some I had to do the easy- thanks for the two options. I will definitely be doing this again and try out your other videos

Core and knee mainly. After surgery its not easy but exercise period has helped tremendously! I see what you’re saying! I’ll give it a very slow try! Thank you!
Looove your workouts, but could we have more versions without music -- or with lyric-less music? (Or, if the music must have lyrics, then music with lyrics that reflect healthier states of mind, healthy emotional independence, etc.? 😅)
This all depends on you and what you want to achieve. These full body body workouts are great to keep you moving, become more mobile, a great form of cardio and basic strength. This can aid you in many ways in any type of journey you are on whether it’s fatloss, weightloss or building muscle. I typically would do something like this 1-2 times a week.I like adding dumbbells for resistance and typically do more workouts with them but having atleast 1 body weight workout is a game changer. 💪🤗

Great, workout however you need transition beeps to let us know when the rest is done, when the workout starts and ends. The beeps helps.
