Thank you for all your great videos! They helped me a lot in the last few days! I have two questions: I have an inflammed stomach and my stomach can`t stand legumes any more. So once I was vegan, but now I sometimes eat meat again. But I love animals so much and I don`t want to hurt them anymore! So I just began to eat eggs and drink milk again as in my culture (European/Austrian) normaly eaten, and in a Video you are saying, that one should eat what is normal in culture. So should I have to eat meat and eggs also, or have I give it up if I want to make Yoga and to heal my body? - I hope this sounds not disrespectfully because I am no Indian person. I love Indian Culture, it saved my life a few years ago. But I love my culture too. So what should I do and how should I eat?

If you are deficient pls take vitamin D capsules with physicians advise..... It is very difficult to normalise with diet alone once you become deficient

Best source of vitamin d is sea fishes, even Supplementry dose of vitamin d is prepared from it, milk yogurt egg contains a very small amount of vitamin d.

Vitamin D in soya is D2 cannot be absorbed. Most plant sources are vitamin D2. Unfortunately supplements are to be consumed for vegetarians.

I get my vitamin d throw the sun, winter time, i use boron,magnesium, calcium to transport vitamin d in the winter time. Milk is for cows, walnut milk is for human, also good for the brain. Hemp milk also good. We have to be careful what we put in our body, we have to help one another bc the FDA let everything go through, then say they recalling something.
