1 and 2 are right, but 3 and 4 are myths. The truth is, Vit B12 is a bacteria derivative. So, it can only be found in soil (good bacteria found in un-sanitised foods), or fermented foods (like Yeast, Marmite, Rice Kanji left overnight to ferment, Kimchi or Sauerkraut).
They are useless if you buy them from cosmetic brands, if you really want to try them then buy pharmaceutical alternatives as they are much cheaper and much more effective.
But you shouldn't, as it is said admire but not follow. His videos are certainly so knowledgeable and useful but you should always be skeptical and ask questions. Anyway that's just my point of view.

And regarding questions there are no references or sources which he mentions in all of his videos which is one of the reasons I'm suspicious in his videos. Because he should mention them in the form of websites, articles or books or any other medium whenever he is giving data or facts. Nutritional yeast is the best & easiest thing to increase B12 in vegetarians . Also milk is compulsory for vegetarians since it also contains calcium, high protein , other minerals and B12 .
Still you can get b12 deciency if you consume milk with caffeinated products or energy drinks because Ca and mg absorption is decreased but b12 can also get decrease because b12 doesnt like caffeine type of products
Fermented chapati or makhiri roti in himachal is made by kneading dough with curd. It ferments overnight. Easy to digest and is full of b12. Preferable to use curd made from milk of indigenous cow and not hf and jersey.

I was suffering with Mouth ulsers from past 6 months. I was not able to eat anything because of it.
