As nice as it always is to hear you guiding us through gently, there are some parts in this flow that need getting used to - specially in the early morning. Nevertheless it was a good start into the day. Thank you!
@@yoflaminga actually the long beginning on the heels (as you yourself mentioned in the video) and then in the middle too many parts clasping the hands behind the back. My shoulders began to hurt and I had to let go. But mind you, I'm an older model and probably and my comment is purely subjective.
@@jankrohn4735 thank you for elaborating, totally relatable! It’s good you listen to your body and release the arm variations when it’s too much. For the beginning I recommend a cushion as support or sitting with the legs crossed instead ☺️ appreciate your feedback!!
