    Maris! Thank you for your wonderful online yoga videos. I used to practice regularly and got way too busy to attend classes.     Every time Maris corrected breathing or told you to 'hold it' or 'keep the knee in the lunge'' was spot on/the second I was weakening or felt strain, as if being in a real class! Awesome. Thank you

    Had only exactly 20 minutes to spare and I really wanted an invigorating practice that made me sweat, and most importantly, clear and fluid instructions without the extra commentary, just like a regular yoga class -- this was it!     I enjoy every video you post here! The long ones, the short ones. Sometimes I only have a limited amount of time in the mornings, but I do one of your videos every morning and sometimes in the evening before bed.     This routine had a great flow and it got me through his afternoon's energy slump much better than the cup of coffee I almost had! Thanks for saving me and my 9 month old (I'm still nursing) from the extra caffeine!

      That is my breathing you're hearing. I tend to emphasize the Ujjayyi breath when I practice. There is no one else in the room with me.
