Yoga Upload with Maris Aylward - Here's a quick and energizing Power Vinyasa Flow yoga class for intermediate and strong beginner students. Every time Maris corrected breathing or told you to 'hold it' or 'keep the knee in the lunge'' was spot on/the second I was weakening or felt strain, as if being in a real class! Awesome. Thank you

It's not that I don't like the video, but the breathing noise is so loud and distracting. So glad your new videos don't have that anymore!
Very nice practice for 20, but the breath in the back was disturbing to me
I really enjoyed this practice but you can hear someone breathing so loud in the background I can't hear the instructor
That is my breathing you're hearing. I tend to emphasize the Ujjayyi breath when I practice. There is no one else in the room with me.
