    Thank you for the little subtle hints like lowering your hips when flipping back from 'wild thing' hat we can carry into our practice going forward. I love how yoga is an ongoing learning experience, no matter where we are in our own practice.

    Nice energy and clear exercise, glad I found this channel. As a minor improvement; there were some poses that aligned different than I expected and the completely black yoga pants made it hard to quickly spot which leg was supposed to go where

    I did this one again with a friend who's visiting. She loves you too! It's a wonderful practice with a calming effect. And again, having my body warmed up first before holding the longer poses is preferable. :)

    I've just come back from a scuba diving holiday so a practice that worked to focus on back strength and flexibility made my lower back feel more open & flexible when lying down for savasana at the end. Thanks Jenny!
