Love this, I love no equipment workouts, love these short ones cus it been so hard doing full workouts on the app cus my daughter is up so I’m pausing n keep running up & down the stairs to check that she’s not making messes, so I say at least I’m moving my body so that counts🥰

Rebecca, this video came out at the perfect time for me. . . I've been so motivated with my arms and back workout, doing it 4 times a week and three times a week, butt workout. Strange, but somehow, now I always find time to do 15 minutes walking plus my workouts and now is time for me to add ABS. This 10 minutes workout was difficult and a big challenge, but so happy I finished it.
