    Nag no rice ako for 3 months, from 76kls to 63 nalang ako pero kasi puro low carb kinain ko and I must say na hindi naman ako happy talaga so nag change diet ako, kumakain na ko ng rice pero in moderation nalang pati fruits and vegetables and syempre more water and proper sleep, nung nag change diet ako nabawasan ako pa ko ulit ng 4kls.
    Kayang kaya po natin tong lahat. Tiwala lang! Mahirap pero worth it naman po so tara na at magpaka healthy. 😍
    Ps. Target weight ko ay 50/55 kasi need kong pumasa sa BMI ng Philippine National Police, lezzzgawww! Thank you coach sa mga inspirational vids, isa po itong channel nyo na nakapag inspire saken mag lose ng weight. 💪❤

    New Subscriber po nyo po ako pinanood ko yung mga previous vlog ninyo about sa Calories deficit and yung tamang pag monitor ng intake calories dami ko po natutunan sayo Coach Jacob at yung mga good, and bad advice madami din ako napulot na lesson tiyak ko matututo ako nito mag luto ng mga kakainin ko para hindi maumay, maraming salamat po sa pag gawa ng mga ganitong videos it helps a lot specially sa mga katulad ko na bago lang nag Calories deficit. 😊😊

    #6 data is important. Adik ako sa cronometer. Dahil vegan ako kelangan ko itrack lahat ng kinakain tapos na fascinate ako sa mga macros na nakukuha ko per meal.
    #9 Learn how to cook. In relation to #6, natututo ako maging creative, mag imbento ng lutong ulam para mahit ko macros ko per day. Nababawasan ko din cravings ko kasi kabisado ko lasa ko.

    Sa ngayon medyo humihina yung pag-asa ko na mag diet. Kasi parang isang araw mahigit akong nagcheat, tapos nag crave ako lagi sa mga sweets. Pero nung napanood ko yung video na ito... Sabi ko "may pag-asa pa pala".😊😀🖤 Thank you, Coach!!!

    best info n nakuha ko sau is tracking/monitoring the calories that you take
    dati kasi less rice at super low carbs aq, nakatulong nman but after a month parang walang pagbabago bumaba timbang q pero nagstop rin agad. That's why naghanap pa aq ng ibang diet plan until i found your video here in YT and saka ako naliwanagan about calorie intake. As of now, although mabagal ung galaw ng pagbaba ng timbang pero ramdam at kita ko sa katawan ko ung pagbabago(nakakapagtuck in na aq hahaha). Thanks nga pla sa info.

    Salamat sir , nagawa ko ung vegetables and Chicken breast , and 2 boiled egg everyday . KAso the 5th day Hindi kona kaya , nawala na ko sa wisyo I'm 73kilo and I'm only 5'4ft.
    Msydo na ako mabigat sa timbang ko .

    Diet helps me a lot with weight loss, even though my weight loss journey was not that clean as it was. I can't afford to stock a lot of chicken breast or any other lean protein source, but I did my best to stay on track. It helps me a lot when it comes to channeling my inner cooking ability, my mentality maturity and many more. The best thing I've heard and that keeps on my mind is the "Diet is a Long Term Progress" Best Coach! Kudos!!!

    Maganda talaga na marunong magluto especially if you have a cookbook. Though hindi ko pa natatry yung cookbook ni coach greg i think its very good based sa recipes. Hindi mo ramdam na pang "traditional diet" yung food doon. Tbh nagulat din ako na sobrang flexible pala ng dieting

    coach question naman, sana mabasa mo ito. payat ung arms ko. pero malaki tyan ko. parang buntis. kapag ba nag less calories ako, less carbs, puro protein food ang veggie ako, with whey protein support every after heavy workout.. hndi pa maaapektuhan yung paglaki ng braso ko sa pag ddiet ko. gusto ko kasi na lumaki ang katawan ko at the same time mawala tyan ko. solid supporter nyo po ako

    thank you. as of now my diet is more on fruits and veggies...my meat is only white meat or mnsan veggie meat pa.....dhil din cguro na animal welfare advocate kmi kaya d na dn aq kumakain ng karne...I loose weight from 85kg to 79kg nrmdmn q dn na prang gumaan ung pkirmdm q at nawala ung prang pagod na pagod aq plagi...

    Baka pwede ka gumawa ng video brad tungkol sa pampapayat pero ang main problem ko ay yung mga binibili minsan wala kami pagkain at kung ano lang yung pagkain na nandyan sa lamesa. My point is any possible solution para makapag diet pero walang nilalabas na pera at kung ano lang yung nasa lamesa.

    Ung sa cardio coach,ano po b talaga kailangan?Kasi ung iba bicycling lang,ung iba andaming intense cardio ang ginagawa sa isang araw tapos 2-3 times a week pa na halos mag pass out n sa sobrang pagod-sabi nila muscle wasting n un.ung iba sabi good for strengthening un at sa heart.ano po b talaga dapat?

    Excuse me, Jacob Alava. I am new to the Fitness community and I have questions regarding of working harder than LAST TIME.
    How do I apply the Progressive Overload, should I shift to a heavy weight from light weight every week or should I let a month or a year pass before I would shift to heavy weights from light weights?
    As a beginner should I start lifting light weight or heavy weight?

    I hate Ampalaya and Eggplant. Also Opo, and Pear Squash(Chayote).

    Best advice was the calorie deficit. Those succeeding advices will not work, unless you're in a calorie deficit. 💛
