  • Ang OMAD o One Meal A Day ay isang time-restricted eating regimen na mas extreme pa kaysa sa intermittent fasting. As the name implies, sa diet na ito isang meal lang ang maaring i-consume sa loob ng isang araw. Followers of this diet avoids calorie containing foods or drinks from 18-23h in a day.     Tama,tagal ko sa diet para umayos blood test ko calorie deficits lang Pala katapat with in 3 months of diet inabot ko ideal weight ko and gumanda blood test ko at naging stable na blood pressure ko up to now .salamat coach sa mga turo mo from fb,reels,TikTok at Dito sa UA-cam GOD bless and more power to you!🙏🤙🤙👏👏

    Depende kasi yan sa kinakain mo kung puro matataas sa fiber at protein matagal kang busog kasi hindi sya na da-digest agad ng katawan mo kaya sustainable sya sa fasting. Pero kung puro process carb kinain mo e mabilis kang magutom dahil mabilis sya ma digest ng katawan mo kays hindi talaga sustainable sa fasting..

    Coach sabi niyo sa 4:09 not recommended sa diabetic. Type 1 lang po ba or both type 1 & 2? medyo nalilito po kasi ako hindi po ba maganda sa type 2 diabetic ang insulin sensitivity na dala ng fasting?

    Yung diet po ni Christian Bale dun sa The Machinist movie nya ay extreme po ba yun at delikado? (1 apple, 1 can of tuna, and 1 black coffee per day) If delikado po ano-ano po yung magiging negative effect nito sa katawan? Thanks po sa sagot.

    Hello po coach di po ba nakaka trigger ng stomach ulcer ang OMAD diet. Planning po ako sa diet na to kahit once a week every sunday since sunday is rest day dahil nag we-weight lifting po ako 5-6days a week. Sana po masagot ang tanong ko, Thank you!!

    If I'm not mistaken, OMAD is a method of intermittent fasting, not a diet. Fasting is not a diet. It is a CONSOLIDATION of meal to avoid frequent eating that triggers spike of insulin.
