I am 72 and pretty fit but it's harder now to do cardio because of stress to knees and feet. Pilates is wonderful and you are so careful and methodical I don't feel like I am stressing or injuring my body. I love mixing and matching your workouts. Thank you!

I left feeling motivated, strong and accomplished- also I could keep up, the exercises were just the right amount of challenging that I had to push and focus while not constantly needing to take breaks! Thankyou, so many times I finish other workouts feeling like I didn't actually work anything or I feel defeated because it was to hard/Fast.
This was such a great workout, probably the best one I’ve come across for abs. Lottie is such a good teacher and i would recommend this workout to anyone new or old to Pilates.

I usually only have done CrossFit ab workouts and things like that and at first showed good results but my body adapted to that and I started to loose may abs again, I heard about pilates ab and core workouts, was kinda skeptical but jeez the burn was unexpected and I feel like I worked muscles I didn't even know I had, thank you so much for making these videos free

Oh I felt this all the way through and the next day I knew I’d done an abs and core session. I also felt it during my run and for the rest of the day.😊It was great!

I’ve always felt I have a weak core. First time I did this workout I was so exhausted I had to take breaks in between. I feel totally different now after doing this almost everyday for 1.5 months, I’m following it with the same ease as lotti ❤ thanks for this

I've been having back pain (at 23!)-- after learning correct postures I realized my core is too weak to hold them. I suppose strengthening one relaxes the other. Amazing, thanks!

Started Pilates literally today and didn’t know how I’d feel about it (been used to the fast-paced ab workouts that shout at you not to quit lol) and I’ve got to say this is so nice. It feels peaceful and goes really quickly because you feel like you’re building strength rather than overworking, even though it’s literally harder than a work out. I see myself keeping this up
This is an awesome little workout! I like doing a little bit of abs on my recovery days before yin yoga, and this hit the spot! I will definitely be doing this again!
