This is the shortest 10 mins in my life. I just recently found out that Yoga is the most amazing and relaxing exercise that we should be promoting as it does it only benefit your body but also your mind.
Listen up guys, THIS ACTUALLY WORKS!!! I'm so thankful I could cry( and this is coming from me, an insomniac 🙂) I did this yesterday and I slept within half an hour!?!! I usually stay up late till 3 or 4 and barely get any sleep at all. I'll forever be grateful for this routine. Thank you sooo much Jessica ❤️❤️

I though her voice was very soothing and the poses she chose calmed me. If I could request one thing, I would have liked to see her spend more time on each pose. It was very fast paced and I couldn't truly appreciate each movement.

As a disabled person struggling with the idea of exercise this is so beautiful and perfect. I can't do it particularly well but it's accessible and it's becoming as much a part of my evening routine as brushing my teeth. Excellent job

I really enjoyed this pre-bedtime stretch. Sometimes I find myself skipping yoga during the day and going to bed with a little bit of back pain. This is a nice practice for those days.
This is one of the best bedtime yoga practices. I’ve probably done hundreds of yoga videos on youtube but this is one of the few that I come back to regularly, and I’ve been returning to this one for 2-3 years. It feels divine! Thank you, Jessica ❤
I’m a 19 year old powerlifter who does 3 hour workouts loaded on caffeine(which I’ve completely stopped using it) but I get off work late so im at home by 1 in the morning and try to be asleep by 2 I’ve had a lot of stressful things happen lately and sleep has became a chore,It’s already hard enough being I have insomnia today(i did this like 1:30 in the morning)I watched this video and it absolutely helped me relax my muscles and my mind and lemme tell you I got some really good sleep imma try it again tonight but im definitely gonna start doing this with my sleep routine 😂❤️✌️
Night 1 of doing these: I feel so relaxed, also heard and felt a couple of bones cracking (specilifcally from my spine) and my back feels great now. I will try to make more updates to keep track of how I am feeling. Thanks for the vid! 💖💖💖

Loved it so much I actually smiled while doing it. I just wish the massage part wasn't too rushed. I'd hate to reach out to my phone to pause. I really wish it was longer, I felt so good at that part. Felt like I was patting myself on the back for the day saying "You did well, here's a massage for myself". Perfect night routine. Take a shower, dim the lights, get into bed, yoga and sleep. Better yet if you make it a point to sleep early. I love it, I was looking for some yoga to do on my bed and I didn't even search for that but seeing this video I immediately clicked. Best sleep yoga ever I actually wanna do it again. It’s almost 4 am and I’ve been trying EVERYTHING to sleep since 12 am and I haven’t slept a wink. I have to get up at 10:45 to go to the beach with my fam tmw and if I don’t get enough sleep it won’t go well. Plus you’re SO beautiful! Tysm for this!!! ❤️
I’m doing this in 2024 and yesss, it works like magic! I feel so relaxed after doing it that I just stayed in the last position for like 10 mins (lying on my back relaxed, not doing anything). Even my daughter was surprised to see me so relaxed 😂

I sat in the child’s pose with the pillow for about 20 minutes after watching the video, while listening to asmr. It was so calming, if you do this I recommend listening to asmr zeitgeist’s videos.💙💙💙
this yoga is addictive. Now everyday I feel an urge to do atleat a 30 min evening yoga flow and a 10 min bedtime yoga for sleep. Last two months I am addicted. Thanks for providing all these free online.

My doc prescribed tons of sleeping pills every time I visited him. But nothing worked at last my medic told me to have relaxation pills twice a day & it dint work either. Somehow I came to your video & it’s just miraculous for me!! Trust me I’m crying while writing this bcz I know my suffering for sleep !! This exercise was absolutely brilliant ❤ It was exactly what I needed! I work in laundry at a nursing home. So I'm always bending over, lifting heavy loads of laundry and walking around a LOT. Super calming and effective stretching routine, I just tried her stretching routines for the first time was so effective and helped with my migraines felt the tension in my whole and lower body relaxed. I recommend trying her routines x
I do this every night and its amazing the last pose when you just lay there I always feel like I'm shining backwards and forwards on a swing softly. I dont get a lot of sleep at night but this helps me so much tysm for this video 💕

I couldn't sleep the night before my final exam, I tried every technique even the Military sleeping technique but it didn't work for me. Then I finally did yoga, all the poses shown in this video and I finally fell asleep

I needed this so badly I’ve been really irritable and stressed and this was super calming and helpful
I couldn't sleep the night before my final exam, I tried every technique even the Military sleeping technique but it didn't work for me. Then I finally did yoga, all the poses shown in this video and I finally fell asleep
As I do this, it felt like I'm sleeping on a cloud.. so relaxing!! ❤️
After doing this I was not only relaxed, but I was ready for bed with a clear mind and relaxed body.
