      I'm in a wheelchair all day and cannot walk unassisted. Any thoughts on how to increase Venous Return? It was emphasized to me in hospital. Best to Bob! 👍💞

    Thanks for having the best exercises and stretches for seniors. While I don't consider myself a senior yet (52), they are perfect for me as I struggle with a lot of pain throughout my body from arthritic conditions and thanks to you guys ,I have lost 13 lbs, I'm more mobile than I've been in 10 years and I feel so much better!!     Yoga poses I do daily: Tree, Warrior Three, Half-Moon, Eagle. I started doing balance work after falling down the stairs a few times. Those four poses will help work your core and improve your balance as they are all single-leg standing poses. I do a bunch of other poses for flexibility, range of motion and strength too. Yoga has a lot of benefits for seniors.

    I experience lower leg pain daily for about a year now, back issues and foot issues add to it, I have experienced relief in 2 days of doing these exercises,

      After having laser vein surgery on my right leg, I am finding that I am left with peripheral neuropathy and the tendon in my foot seems frozen.Does peripheral neuropathy go away? Are there any exercises that you can recommend for the frozen tendon? It’s been like this since May.

    Love the video thank u! Some of these things i do already bc i Learned in Pt and now I just learned some new exercises 🥰I can’t do the Bridges at all but I know from therapy to just do a pelvic thrust while laying down.
    So Im 21 and have chronic back pain, nerve pain, paresthesia, bilateral knee joint pain Can u do a video about helping circulation in the Arms? I get tingling and numbness in the arms , more so on specific nerves like my median, ulner but it’s really all 3 nerves
    then a lot of the times my whole arm will just be tingling/numb and stays like that for a whileeee

    I have lowish blopd pressure and can het dizzy if i stand after sitting for awhile. If i rin through these exercises it eliminates the dizziness.

    I have back pain L5 S1 numbness in
    Two legs and muscles are very tight i can't walk at the walking time
    Right leg feel very hard and weighted

    I skip that exercises at 4:35 unless im going to bed for the night because thats part of pelvic work out that stops you from urinate all night long.

    Hi BB&M I hope you're having a great day. Was wondering if you could advise me.
    My physio has asked me to not bend or twist my back until I can talk to my orthopedic doc about some skin-level butt and back numbness we have just discovered and my longterm pain in right pelvis (all of which came up after an injury Dec 22 that revealed I have lumbar scoliosis).
    I want to continue to train my core to better support my spine, and all my leg muscles are very tight so i want to stretch them. How do I train my core and how do i stretch my legs without further injuring myself or making the numbness worse?
    Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

      Unfortunately we are unable to answer individual medical questions online and since your physio told you to wait until you have spoke with your orthopedic doctor, this tells us that you may have more going on than we feel comfortable putting in the general category.

    I've been doing these exercises for the last month and also purchased an under desk cycle a few days ago but I'm not feeling any improvement in my leg circulation. For the last month I've had what feels like pins and needles when my legs have pressure against them, for example if I knee on the bed to reach for something or i lean against some thing. I'm feeling it all day long. Do I just need to keep going with the exercises?

      We would suggest continuing the exercises, however you might also want to consult your doctor as well as it should be helping at least a little bit by now. You may have something more going on.

    Dude when I do toe curl my lower calf and muscles in bottom of foot under big toe pad cramp up bad sometimes

      We have things that help cramps as well, but you may just want to skip that stretch if it causing you cramps

    Ok, sitting is the new smoking... But I can't quit my job.😢 I'm an 'over-the-road' coach bus driver. What do I do with that? I'm on the road up to 12 hours a day and am exhausting at the end of driving 😔

      Yes, if you feel unsteady or you experience more or new pain in the knees, just stop that specific exercise

    What jog pants are you two wearing? We’ve been looking for some for my husband for a year but all we see in the stores are with cuffs or elastic on the ankles and with diagonal design pieces sewn on to complete the leg. He wants just a straight leg jog pant with minimal design (the two or three lines going down the sides are ok).
