I've been having stiffness in my hand as of late. I'm guessing it could be arthritis since I've never had it before. These exercises really have given me some instantaneous relief. Thank you so much for your videos. This has helped tremendously since I've been without a decent chiropractor since we moved out of state.

Dr. Rowe, my father is 90 years old and two years ago the fingers in his left hand started to feel a bit numb so he went to an orthopedic surgeon who said the nerves from his elbow to fingers were pinched and he recommended surgery, which my father had. The doctor said there was no doubt the feeling would FULLY return, but since it has to travel down the nerve path slowly, it could take up to 2 years for full feeling to return - he guaranteed it. It's been well over 2 years and there has been no improvement whatsoever. It's so frustrating and I cannot believe a doctor could say something like that with no positive results. Do you think these exercises, especially using the peanut massage tool, could help him? Thank you.

Thank you for your help as always bless you for providing easy tips and tricks for instant relief. 🤙🏻
Genuine question though, I’ve done most of the exercises except the massage ball one since I don’t have one at the moment. How long should i wait after doing these exercises before doing anything with my hands like gaming on a controller or picking stuff up that requires a little finger strength? 🙏🏻

When I woke up from a heart procedure 23 years ago I couldn't use my left arm because the surgeons left it above my head for too long. I regained the ability but still have numbness on the inside of my arm through my thumb and first two fingers. I once went to a retired and reclusive chiropractor who did something around the opposite shoulder and I had a wave of all the feeling back for a second. I havent found anyone else to help or that knows what that could have been. Any ideas?

Not sure why put I actually have the opposite issue and can’t find any answers from doctors. My hands are perpetually red. If I raise them up above my head they go back to flush with my skin tone, I can actually feel the blood moving back down my body too. It doesn’t seem to be any sort of skin dryness or anything like an allergy but again I’m not 100% sure. Any advice helps.
