The Dr. Theory is since my feet dangled instead of touching the floor he believes it cutoff circulation to my leg. I allowed it to be swollen 2 or 3 days before I went to the ER. When I got to the ER I said I'm not sure what the issue is but my leg is swollen and won't go down. It did not hurt at all so keep that in mind they don't always hurt. Anyway they freaked out nurses come running from everywhere. They are all this is very critical you lucky to be alive! After an ultrasound of my legs they said I had a foot long blood clot in my upper thigh. They gave me lovenox shots for a few weeks and that was it. Haven't had another one since However I do walk at least 30 minutes a day most days and I also take a low dose aspirin to help prevent blood clots and heart attack since I have been diagnosed with coronary artery disease. @@nickeeg97Vit d serves various purposes and is often overlooked, try to keep it around ~50ng/ml. One of those purposes is calcium absorption and to make sure the calcium doesn't sit in your arteries and is properly transported to where it needs to be, you take vitamin k2. Talk to your doctor before taking these supplements.
I have been weight-training (body-building) since I was 17 years old. And I am 44 now. It was the best decision of my life. I also do a lot of gaming when I am not working out on projects outside, but I always make sure to do stretches as often as possible. For massaging, NOTHING beats a tennis ball and your entire body weight forced onto a hard surface, to work out hip and back knots. I fell from a 30 foot telephone pole in the Military, pushing my right hip up by a few inches. I constantly get knots if I do not stay on top of my physio and tennis ball massages. It's cheap, but EXTREMELY effective. Exercise is a LIFE-LONG commitment. Once you stop moving, you can consider your life to be almost done. There are 70-90 year old people who are in better shape than the majority of today's 20 year old Humans. Health & Longevity is a great Channel to watch here on UA-cam. Great Video!
Great advice, wish i had this sort of info 40 years ago when i started withback pain that has plagued me all my life. I kept it at bay with exercise but never got any of this sort of advice from my doctor the times i actually managed to get to see one, usually just prescribe pain killers. I am doing all this stuff now and it helps but the damage is done and though i can manage to keep things better i cannot reverse 40 years of wear and tear thats happened due to not getting it sorted sooner.

Good info. Just what I needed to hear.
How about the blood thinners, is it very essentials to patients of Chronic Venous efficiency?
Take K2 with D
Why
@@nickeeg97Vit d serves various purposes and is often overlooked, try to keep it around ~50ng/ml. One of those purposes is calcium absorption and to make sure the calcium doesn't sit in your arteries and is properly transported to where it needs to be, you take vitamin k2. Talk to your doctor before taking these supplements.
What you mean by that ? 😅
K2 is a blood clotter you should do your research on everything before you suggest it.
Vitamin K2 mk7 with vitamin D , calcium out of the lining of the arteries and into the bones. Also beware of soft plaque, oxidised LDL.
