    Hi Brad,
This comment pertains to Bob. I am aware that Bob has been advised that he has Cerebellar ataxia with speech impairment, which according to your joint video presentation a few months ago was attributed to a genetic basis based on expert opinions.
While neurology is not my specialty, during the course of my medical residency and traing we saw cases of cerebellar disease presenting as Wernicke's encephalopathy due to severe thiamine ( Vitamin B1 ) deficiency. With high doses of Vitamin B1 patient's neurological symptoms would improve over time. I know that Bob had mentioned that he was evaluated at the Mayo clinic and I am confident that all possible etiologies were explored and excluded prior to attributing this to a genetic basis. In fact while I was specializing in my field, a co-resident specialized in neurology and was appointed later as a senior neurologist at Mayo.
The postive therapetic response to Vitamin B1 in high doses has been well documented in the literature in those afflicted with Wernicke's.
The fact that high dose Vitamin B1 therapy is a relatively benign form of treatment, some neurologists may consider a therapeutic trial and monitor the response.
I know that if Bob was my brother, I would accompany him with his appointment to his neurologist and implore the neurologist to commence a therapeutic trial of high dose Vitamin B1. There is not much to lose and potentially a great deal to gain.
    Wishing Bob the best.
I enjoy your presentations and often recommend your educational videos to my patients who are embarking on physical therapy for various conditions.
Thanks for all you guys do !

It isn't an exercise, but if you put your feet up against a wall while you are laying in bed for about fifteen minutes immediately before going to sleep it allows the blood to drain down into the body and circulate while you sleep. Take 15 minutes to read a book and, in my case made a world of difference in my leg pain.

The reason for this is because you're helping your blood go through your heart cuz it's lower, it takes 6 mins for your bods whole blood to he filtered through your kidneys, make them healthier, after 50 they won't work as well, watch your salt intake, it's hidden everywhere, a grain over's gonna marinate/toughen you up like deli meat 🍖, I'm sure of it! ❤

I have chronic venous insufficiently (CVI) and think I read most exercise that does not cause high blood pressure spikes would help - e.g. steady aerobics, high rep resistance training, keep moving, etc... Avoid things like running, heavy weight training, isometrics e.g plank. Is this correct ?

Hey boys, quick question... We recently bought a vibration plate... do they work well for circulation? I walk between 5 and 8 miles a day and got terrific results as far as losing weight loss, but even still I find the pins and needles in my lower legs and cold feet. Also I sleep on an adjustable mattress and base. This vibration plate seems very durable and feels great (kinda feel like a can of paint being shaken lol) Is their science behind it, does it really help?

Electric bicycles are bringing many older adults back to cycling.
Ebikes make hills easy. Anyone in good enough shape to ride a bicycle should consider using one for short distance travel.
Using it regularly is good exercise and it will put a smile on your face. Using it while you are still healthy and strong enough might help delay any age related muscle weakness and keep you active as you age.

My favorite piece of exercise equipment is a rebounder, I’m 62 and I purchased one for my 80+ yo stepmom. They are great for circulation and lymphatic buildup in the legs. Great for improving balance and even building muscle. There is even benefits to sitting on it and bouncing. Also, great weight bearing exercise for keeping bones strong.
