    FLOWING Don't forget if you can't do the routines as presented. do things to compensate. I have Multiple Sclerosis and I always figure out how to make things work for me. great vidio

      Re multiple sclerosis, Dr Wahl reversed hers in about a year. It’s in the book The Wahl’s Protocol. These exercises are great.

    FLOWING ❤. Hi Im a 30 yo women . I got major muscle stiffness all over my body that I got muscle aches and all kind of inflammation and sickness going on in my body . Just doing your exercise makes me feel refresh and Im going to try it regularly cause it is so easy to do without any vigorous movement . Really recommended to get your blood flow ❤

    Flowing! Never watched any of your videos before, but you did scare me at the beginning… I was diagnosed with Raynauld’s at 15 y/o and am 34 now. I’ve noticed as I’ve gotten older and being postpartum that I have more pains, numbness, swelling, etc. My husband and I have talked about it and I’m going to have to really focus on movements to improve my blood flow going forward in order to prevent all of those things you mentioned. Thank you for this video!

    Thanks guy. I didnt think I'd feel those exercises since @55yo I still pump iron 3×-4×/wk and walk a couple miles/day. Wrong. I felt them.

    Flowing. Thanks for the video. I’m 2 years and 5 months post stroke and have been looking for some useful but easier exercises that I can do and this set is just the ticket. I have trouble getting down onto the floor so seated exercises work better for me. I also got slightly out of breath which tells me I was doing something useful. I can’t do the ankle lifts or the knee lift and rotation because my stroke foot/leg won’t let me but it will be a useful addition to my daily routine. Thanks again.

    Im 14 years of age and i looked for videos of fast blood circulation because monkey d. Luffy when using his second gear it circulates his blood faster and makes his heart beat faster as a result to move faster and think quicker
