Flowing! Never watched any of your videos before, but you did scare me at the beginning… I was diagnosed with Raynauld’s at 15 y/o and am 34 now. I’ve noticed as I’ve gotten older and being postpartum that I have more pains, numbness, swelling, etc. My husband and I have talked about it and I’m going to have to really focus on movements to improve my blood flow going forward in order to prevent all of those things you mentioned. I have trouble getting down onto the floor so seated exercises work better for me. I also got slightly out of breath which tells me I was doing something useful. I can’t do the ankle lifts or the knee lift and rotation because my stroke foot/leg won’t let me but it will be a useful addition to my daily routine. Thanks again.
Im 14 years of age and i looked for videos of fast blood circulation because monkey d. Luffy when using his second gear it circulates his blood faster and makes his heart beat faster as a result to move faster and think quicker Thank you for the help

Re multiple sclerosis, Dr Wahl reversed hers in about a year. It’s in the book The Wahl’s Protocol. These exercises are great.
