A tip for when using the ball under the foot - put the ball in a sock first, and anchor the end of the sock with your other foot. That stops the ball from shooting off across the room every few minutes. Guess how I know lol😂
Yeah----I was going to comment about the ball moving around and getting away, but having a rug or exercise pad underneath helped a lot. I like your idea better---sort of like having a Pet that stays by your side.

I got a device with bumpy wooden rollers on it, not their plastic slide, after seeing how many people complained how fast the plastic slide thing broke, including being broken in shipping.
I noticed the sitdown exercise bike alters the ankle-foot angle which might make that part sore after a while. I think it just needs to have a longer shaft for each pedal, so the legs and feet are in proper alignment. Thank you SO MUCH for those leg exercises for those who HAVE to sit for long hours. They are wonderful! For Bob, Brad, and Mike----good job, guys!

Unfortunately, I can't watch the computer while doing the whole-body exercises. I remember as a child (about 1954) my Mom telling me about a movie star that recommended rolling a glass soda bottle around with bare feet, which either resulted in a lot of people with well-exercised feet or just being overweight from drinking too much soda pop.

My legs hurt at night, especially my left knee, I’m guessing from poor circulation. I put a pillow between them when I sleep on my side. What else can I do to help with this?

Sir I dislocated my shoulder and had a fracture in humerus in last September, I am visiting my therapist since last six month, now I can bring my arm in front but find difficult to raise it , when my therapist raises it in lying position with some force then it has a much better range of movement upwards ,how can I speed up my recovery plz help🙏

@@BobandBrad my Dr said some could be from back and some from sciatica. Thing is, that only started acting up recently. My surgery on spine was Sept 2022, this burning in front of hip bone and a little below, started a yr before fracture. I don't trust these Drs to tell me right, please help, desperate to walk again. Also, I am not able to stand for any length of time without lower back pain, cramping & burning on lower right back side. And now the area L11 up to neck are hurting if I stand more than 5 mins. I have a back belt that helps some but also been on oxycodone since surgery, being weaned off on 5mg 4x day. Need further help before they stop?? Help please

Not recommended because all the nasty stuff on streets But . . .nothing feels better than bare feet especially on grass. Watch out for glass city streets, stickers thorns in country.

I have a mini trampoline that helps me walk without going outside...no impact...and I can also get some arm workout.
