- Welcome to this 15 min bedtime yoga a relaxing yoga practice before bed.
This is a gentle yoga practice that will help you de-stress after a busy day and leave you feeling relaxed and calm, ready for a great nights sleep.
Focusing on breathing deeply and moving slowly with longer holds in each posture to help you rest and restore your energy. Great for letting go of the days events and unwinding before bed.

Perfect! Thank you! I didn't have a prop but I had a foam roller nearby, and I lifted my feet in supported bridge to have it massage my lower back. It made it so much easier to do the last few supine poses without back pain!

Perfect! I’ve been looking for my bedtime flows
This one contains a few really hard positions like pigeon pose. I’m at beginner level and this one is surely challenging instead of relaxing for bedtime

This came at the perfect time. I didn’t sleep good last night and I went for a run this morning and now my feet hurt so I wanted to do yoga off my feet. Lol. Should be all good in a few days or so. Gonna look into new running shoes.

I love your videos. I am struggling with my mat as I started with a really thick one. What kind of mat are you using?
Hey I use liforme mats as the grip is great and they aren't too thick so you can actually feel the floor which makes balancing a lot easier.
@@CharlieFollows Thank you so much! I started my journey with a very thick mat and as someone with MS and balancing issues I didn't think that one through. It has helped but I like to feel more grounded. Thanks again!
Thank you mam🙏...but my doubt is after dinner how many hours we have to leave, to practice this?
I personally find that doing yoga about 30 mins. or so after dinner, maybe not a heavy meal, actually helps with digestion. Just an easy, stretchy, twisty flow. This particular flow appears to be a perfect post-meal, pre-bed practice.
But, to each his/her own. 😊
