    Loved this, there are always so many morning yoga videos but never enough bedtime classes! I love being lulled to sleep :)

    It's been taking me a while to get into this practice, because I was so used to your 12 minute version. Nevertheless, it's nice to have a bit of a longer practice, even though I miss some of the other poses. Should I be alternating these practices, or is it OK to stick with the same one every night? 🌙
