my therapist and i agreed that after each shift i work (im a server) that i would do yoga to wind down bc i tend to be too overstimulated and have a hard time sleeping. this flow was perfect for me to get back into it. i haven't done yoga in a few weeks so i enjoyed the variety in this and the pacing. thanks for your time as always. ❤

Yes! It’s actually easier for some to do this pose laying on the back. Then crossing legs and grabbing opposite ankles. It’s called reclined shoe lace pose. If this is too intense Supine Pigeon is a great alternative❤️
That’s ok! I offered modifications and if those aren’t comfortable I actually have some beginner hip stretches! I even have a 30 day beginner flexibility challenge ❤️❤️
