    HI everyone I am planning to do it for 35 days
    Waist:26.5
    Goal:24
    Weight:56
    Goal:47/48
    DAY:1 It was hard but somehow managed to do it. I also did other workout with it and walked 1k steps
    DAY:2 It was damm hard but finished it. I can see some changes in my waist. Did a random workout also.
    DAY:3 I felt the burn so hard today and also did one of her workouts with this , I ran so much today that I can't fell my legs.
    DAY:4 It was not soo hard. I can see that my ribcage is showing and my stomach getting flatter.
    DAY:5 I did it and it was hard also did a dance workout with it and consumed very less calories today.
    DAY:6 My legs were numb but still completed the work out
    DAY:7 Today I had karate so extra extra exercise I did but also completed this work out
    DAY:8 It was hard but did it my legs are tied and the feel alot tighter
    DAY:9 My stomach was a lot flat that before and my legs are tired
    DAY:10 Completed t was not feeling so hard. I also did some dance workout with it
    DAY:11 I did it and also had karate so extra exercise
    DAY:12 Feeling super tied. I feel like I am developing my thigh muscles
    DAY:13 Today I didn't did this workout but I did a cardio workout
    DAY:14 Two weeks ago I started this work out and now I feel great today I had karate so did extra exercise
    DAY:15 Today I did a cardio workout to feel more burn.
    DAY:16 I did it and also other workout
    DAY:17 Today I had karate so I had not done this workout
    DAY:18 I did this workout and it was very good for me
    Results till now are: My waist 25.7
    Weight 54 kg.
    DAY:19 I did this workout after 3 days break as I was sick so I will recount them as 19,20 so don't get confused
    DAY:20 Today I had karate so did extra exercise and can see some definitions of abs
    DAY:21 Three weeks ago I started this work out and now I can see my stomach almost flat. I did this workout today and for 1 hour my abs were burning
    DAY:22 Today I did two workouts of her and now my waist is considerd as a goal
    DAY:23 Today I did only one work out but I was sweating like hell
    DAY:24 Today I had karate and it was my exam so we did so much exercise like we burnt 500 calories and then I did this 😢 ....
    DAY:25 I did the workout and I elwas feeling so strong and was sweating so much
    DAY:26 Today I did two workouts
    DAY:27 I did the workout and today I didn't feel that much burn
    DAY:28 I will not any exercises today
    DAY:29 Almost 4 weeks ago I started this workout and before this I used to wear medium but now xs is also a little loose for me. Today I did aerobic exercise and some stretching
    DAY:30 Only five days more to go..
    I did the workout today and was so happy
    DAY:31 I did the workout and it was not hard tbh
    DAY:32 Only three more days to go but I am planning to do it till my abs are well defined. As a routine I did the workout 💪
    DAY:33 I had karate and I did this workout also
    DAY:34 Only one day more left but I can't see abs so will do it for more days. I did the workout today also
    DAY:35 Did the workout so results till now

    DAY:36 My tummy is not full flat but I will try my best. I did the exercise today
    DAY:37 Today I did a cardio workout of her and was sweating like hell 😅
    DAY:38 My hands are tired and I can't so this workout today 😫
    DAY:39 I did the workout today
    DAY:40 Sorry I am not doing the workout properly as I am busy
    DAY:41 So this was my last day doing this workout and the results was life changing.... I got the perfect girly abs also...

      ya i just read them when i cant do the workout anylonger and then i get back up ready to go and then just lie back down when i see twisting piston.... that sounds like a torture device.

    I'm actually doing the 2019 2 weeks shred challenge and it's helping A LOT I'm halfway through and am seeing a lot of progress in my legs, I can see a definition line and I feel them REALLL STRONGG.
    For those who are around day 3 and feel like this doesn't work, it actually does, KEEP GOING

      Yeahh, I can see A LOTT of progress in my legs, body shape, core and arms. I feel like I am improving myself while I workout and I see the physical changes in the mirror. Try it out, it really helps ;)

    I've watched Chloe for years, and watched everyone else reach their goals while I told myself that I was "too out of shape" to do her workouts. At 243 lbs, I just completed all of day 2 in my program and felt so accomplished I cried for a second. A VERY big F you to my old self who didn't believe in me. Thank you for everything, Chloe ❤

    I can't believe I'm writing this I never thought that I'll be able to have 11 line abs so soon
    I did this workout for 2 weeks with 1 day rest in between plus 3 days a week weight lifting and 3 days a week running for 20 minutes
    After 5 days I noticed that my stomach has got so much smaller and it kept me motivated to do this workout anyway and now I'm so happy with the results!!
    I'm sure you guys can do this too just keep doing this workouts plus cardio and you'll see amazing results

      @@LuckeyCloverhi I’m doing the same thing currently and I’ve seen my stomach get way more defined in four days , for breakfast I’d have a smoothie or a piece of fruit then lunch id have pickles or a salad then dinner salmon rice and veggies if you eat this daily it’ll get you right because it’s barely dairy or gluten hopes this helps :)

    i’ve been doing this consistently in the mornings for about little under three weeks and the results are so good!!! i actually started this as a way to deal with my anxiety and depression and force myself out of bed but it’s become something i look forward to!

      checking in every couple of days to keep myself accountable! still have done it every day and just added running to my routine two to three times a week. i’m not magically better mentally, but i know that even if i did NOTHING else in the day, i have at least worked out and showered and that is so much better than what i used to do all day, which is rot in bed

    If you want quick results I have some tips based on my own experience
    Tip1:it takes patience your going to see results in the first 30 seconds
    Tip2:drink lots of water with every meal this helps wash stuff down
    Tip3:this one is hard for me EAT WHEN YOUR HUNGRY NOT WHEN YOUR BORED Okeh
    Tip4:don’t starve your self this is bad for you and it can actually make your stomach bigger because it won’t be able to take in that much food if that makes sense
    Tip5:this is for you not for anyone else it’s your body if you feel like you need to rest then rest but don’t give up you can do this

      Actually, the reasoning behind tip4, is not like that. Even though it is true that if you don't eat/starve yourself it'll be more difficult for you to lose wight but it's actually because if you don't get enough energy, your metabolism (a chemical reaction in the body's cells that change food into energy, for example if it's fast, it's more difficult to gain/maitain weight) will get slower. There are a lot of videos explaining this, if you want to know more but basically that's it, even though it's poorly explained. (please correct me if I'm wrong in anything)

    I use to do these workouts when I was younger and the results it produced were incredible. Now that I’m older and I’ve put a bit of weight on I thought I’d come back and try this workout again. I’ll be pairing it with Chloe’s 2024 Get Toned Challenge (so this + the exercise corresponding to day X of the challenge) and also healthy eating. Will keep you updated

    I'm in day 12 of the two weeks shred challenge and till now I've lost 2.5 kg!!

    Day one: I had a little trouble on some of the exercises but other than that it made me sweat a little bit which is good
    Day two:good
    Day three: still doing good, not seeing much changes but it’s only day three
    Day four: still going
    Day five: doing good, I can see a small change
    Day 6: I can see some changes
    Day 7: it’s getting a lot easier to do and I can see some changes
    Day 8: same at day 7
    Day 9: going good, gotten a lot easier
    Day 10: couldn’t do it because my friend was over
    Day 11: I love this workout, I’m starting to see a little more definition on the sides
    Day 12: still good
    Day 13: it’s gotten a lot easier and I’ve started going on like walks so I’m trying to do this and get at least 10,00 steps a day
    Day 14: it’s going so well!!
    Like to remind me…

    Done.
    All of the workouts are much easier. Its actually crazy how much stronger I feel and how much thinner I look. Its only 7 days and clothes are fitting better and everything looks better in general. I feel strong af. 1 week is such a short time, thank you Chloe

    Started doing these workouts again 6 month postpartum c-section. I’m seeing some results just from the first week, it took me 9 months to grow a human but I know with Chloe’s videos, I’ll get back to where I was in no time. Thanks Chloe for the videos!

      Curious to know if you were able to get a flat belly again after having a baby, I’m 18m postpartum with my second and I’m not like fat but I can’t get the belly to go away

      @@samanthahunt7651 I’ve tried these workouts consecutively now for the last two weeks, I’ve developed abs but the pooch has stayed. I’m insecure about mine. I’ve heard massaging the area is good for it. You have to build that abdominal muscle back to where it was prior to pregnancy. I’m considering getting a tummy tuck to have it go back because I cant have anymore kids due to preeclampsia and c-ptsd… I couldn’t handle it mentally or physically. I plan on getting my tubes removed 😂

    i started doing Chloe ting's workout. First one week... i was lost on what to do. I did her thigh and belly fat burn exercises. then came across this 2 week shred challenge. Now I am on Day 3. I can seethe obvious changes in my body. The saddle bags in my thighs are reduced by 30% alr. my waist is in shape. the belly fat is reducing too. my chest muscles are getting firmer. i feel good doing this. even though I am having new body pains after the workout... i feel it's worth it. To those who r thinking to give up.... keep going. And I take break for every four minutes as I couldn't hold it. I feel it's okay. We got this... keep pushing.

    I did her 2 week shred and a lot of other programs during the start of COVID. They worked! I got small. I had no where to go so I was able to drink lots of water, eat right, and keep to a good routine…
    Last year, I got a job and married. All of my good workout habits left with my life changes. I started over a week ago, and I feel so good. It’s worth doing these workouts even when I’m dead from work. This time I’m in it not for looks but because I want energy. I’m not measuring myself but I can already see my bloating going away and I’m getting stronger!

    edit: i did the two weeks shred challenge but stopped at day eight because online school and adjustment! i’m back at it again and going hard this time incorporating other workout videos too! i’ll update later!
    so day 1 was saturday or 4/4: it went well, i did two videos and some other targeted areas like some far burning and abs
    day 2 was today or 4/6: i skipped sunday because i just didn’t feel like doing anything. today i did her two weeks shred videos and another fat burning video. i also did some song ab workouts like her ariana grande one! i find those fun to do! updates again tomorrow!
    day 3: so i did this workout and both basic videos for the two weeks shred challenge! i incorporated some thigh sliming workouts too!!!
    day 4 4/9: i skipped 4/8 because my bum was bruised from something? so 4/9 i did some fat burning, arms, and the two weeks shred challenge! i also measured myself! my waist is 25 inches and thighs r 20 inches (L) and 20.4 inches (R)
    day 5 4/10: hi again! idk how many people are reading this! i did the two weeks shred today and a belly fat workout! i also did some inner thigh work!
    day 6 4/11: hi! today i did the two weeks shred again this time with the do this everyday to lose weight, the ab vidéo and then this video as well! i plan to do some leg work before bed bc i am just really tired right now! i hope these updates are helping!! i finally weighed myself and it’s 47.8 kg

    It's okay if you need to take a lot of breaks. I learned that pushing myself too much, trying to keep up with the instructor, and not listening to my body made me not want to do the exercises anymore. The little you do honestly add up if you are consistent and watch what you eat. If someone says that they didn't change their diet and were able to do this and get great results, do not be quick to try it their way because we all have different metabolism structures. And also take into consideration that non-moms and younger people have it easier when it comes to seeing results when working out, so do not be discouraged and keep pushing yourself to your own limit and take as many breaks as is beneficial to keep you working out.
    I am on day 2 and I could not finish a lot of these but I did what I could and took breaks and kept going.

    Love this! Always come back to it ❤️ After a month of keeping up with it daily I felt results. After 2 months I saw results. After 5 months I had an abdomen thinner than I did in middle school! By 7 months I was in love and could not believe how I kept up with it! I developed good life skills to keep up with this daily! I moved across country and lost my routine. After 3 months I was visibly losing my abs. After 6 months they were gone, but I am now jumping back into it. The first 3 days hurt, but now I feel I already am gaining back my muscles exponentially! Never give up! Create good habits! The more you do it, the less it hurts, it’s amazing!

      I don’t know if this helps, but lift yourself up as if by your chest. Push from your upper abdomen and chest upwards. Try to keep your neck still. Your neck will naturally rise when you push with your upper abdomen so it won’t feel like you are straining your neck

    Hey, I'm 16 almost 17 female. I lost almost around 27-28 kgs through chloe's workouts. And now I want to gain muscle. Starting this one today and I'll try my best to update here everyday.
    21.12.2022- it felt so good and refreshing. I couldn't do the side planks today. And some of the exercises are those which I have been doing before this so it was a little easier. Let's hope good for tomorrow too.
    21.12.2022-it felt good today too but my body was hurting. I could do the side plank today. And well I'm excited for results.
    22.12.2022-took a rest day today.
    23.12.2022-it was a little tough again today but I got through it
    24.12.2022-it was okayish today
    25.12.2022-side planks again but it's all good.
    26.12.2022-i could do the left side plank but right one was just not it. I can't wait to see results.
    27.12.2022-deffo better today.
    28.12.2022-whoo did it.
    29.12.2022-definitely doing the side planks better

    I feel so happy since it's really working and the way my belly has shaped though not following any diet ..unbelievable!!!love you chloe And it took me like 25 days to flatten my belly now I'm looking forward to achieve that 11 line abs.consistency is the key don't quit guys .

    it doesn’t seem like that big of a deal but i finally made it to the third day of chloe’s 2 week shred program after many failed attempts and only making it thru the second day before giving up,,, idk i’m just proud of myself for once :D
    to whoever else trying to exercise again i wish u the best of luck!!
    edit: ok yall so i gave up halfway,, BUT i did make it farther than i thought i would and all these replies have been rly encouraging and motivational so I WILL START AGAIN TMR.
    edit 2: so i kept my word and started the challenge again today and YEA I FEEL LIKE DYING. but this time, i tried to focus more on my breathing, doing the exercise correctly, and going at my own pace instead of rushing thru the exercise and trying to keep up with chloe. trust me it makes a big difference in how u feel when u focus on these things. remember to keep pushing u guys !!

      I can totally relate! I found Chloe Ting like a year ago and have tried this challenge SO many times. I just keep making excuses for myself :(( I'm doing it again this time, and there's NO WAY IM QUITING! WE GOT THIS!!!

    It's my day 7 and I wasn't really in the mood today. After the first video I started believing that I couldn't be able to finish today's workout.. Then I gave 5 minutes break and after that I automatically went on to the next video, I decided on not trying to be perfect, giving breaks are okay , listen to your body, do not heavily force yourself to prevent injuries. And somehow I managed to complete the all 4 videos!! I've burnt 409 KCAL according to my watch. Now I feel so proud! KEEP GOING GUYS, YOU GOT THIS !

      I couldn’t do it at first and had to start off by just holding the side plank and getting my hip to lift off the floor. I don’t think I managed to start rotating/twisting until the second week

      I hate side plank when I first started. I can't even hold it for 5secs. I then slowly figured out that you need to focus, squeeze your side and put all of your weight there.

    I love doing her workouts. But I need to take a break for three months because I moved and five days ago I started again. I always feel like crying, but today, I felt alot stronger again.     When I started 34 days ago I hated this workout and the 26min full body shred but they became my favorite workouts along the way, it wasn't easy to get through them but I enjoyed them a lot, last week was the most challenging for me because I was almost getting to the finish line and my mind began to give up but am so glad I pushed through and am on day 34, tomorrow I will be officially done with this program and will start a new one
    I do feel stronger than when o first started the 2022 28 days weight loss challenge and now that I have done this summer shred I feel like a champion

    I started Chloe's ab workouts since January because I was had that stubborn lower stomach fat that wouldn't go away. It's April now and when I posted my before and after photos, most of my friends called me their inspiration and started asking for diet and workout tips. This works guys! With consistency and sticking to your plan, it works. The pain of a 10min workout can never be worse than the pain of looking at your unhealthy self in the mirror, knowing that you're the only reason that your body looks like that. I now have a flat stomach and my abs are visible. Just wanted to share my story hoping it'll inspire someone out there.

      OMG yes every fucking side plank is just torture bc my feet keep slipping on the mat
      With or w/o shoes on they still slide, but sometimes I feel like the exercise is even more effective bc I squeeze my legs muscles to stay in place lol

    Wow I just finished this workout. It was a challenge but it definitely feels good afterwards. I'm doing the 2 week shred and this is my second day doing it. I've been following Chloe Ting workouts since the pandemic and let me tell you, if you consistently follow her programs you WILL see results. The first time I completed the 2 week shred during COVID, I literally did see results by the end of the 2 weeks. Listen to Chloe, she knows what she's doing!!

    I started this 2 week shred challenge and I’m on day two I weighed myself yesterday and I weighed myself today after finishing the exercises and I already lost 2 kg I’m shocked. I think I lost 2 kg this fast bcz I have baby fat but like honestly I’m so happy that I found someone who’s exercises actually work for me I love you Chloe ❤.
