Avacados s yes! the first time i did this i felt like i could only go halfway but the second time i took a two minute break halfway through which allowed me to finish.
She talks about how these exercises work the abs, but my arms are getting a pretty good workout too, man. It takes strength to hold yourself up with your arms.
I started Chloe's ab workouts since January because I was had that stubborn lower stomach fat that wouldn't go away. It's April now and when I posted my before and after photos, most of my friends called me their inspiration and started asking for diet and workout tips. This works guys! With consistency and sticking to your plan, it works. The pain of a 10min workout can never be worse than the pain of looking at your unhealthy self in the mirror, knowing that you're the only reason that your body looks like that. I now have a flat stomach and my abs are visible. Just wanted to share my story hoping it'll inspire someone out there.

For the last video I probably only did 3/4 of it because the other 1/4 was me on the floor just wondering if I should just quit lol. I struggles so fcking much as I started doing her workouts, couldn’t do a video without like 10 breaks, now, about 3 Month later I can do her videos without breaks or feeling dead afterwards... I can feel and see the transformation I got, and I am so happy about that!!! Keep pushing everybody!!!
@@franziskashl1573 hey when you do these exercises do you need to do a warmup or something....because when I tried to do this exercise completely I couldn't even walk for 2-3 days coz I had a really bad cramp and I had to rest for a week to walk without any pain. Can you give me some suggestions for doing these exercises since you've already tried them???

HI everyone I am planning to do it for 35 days Waist:26.5 Goal:24 Weight:56 Goal:47/48 DAY:1 It was hard but somehow managed to do it. I also did other workout with it and walked 1k steps DAY:2 It was damm hard but finished it. I can see some changes in my waist. Did a random workout also. DAY:3 I felt the burn so hard today and also did one of her workouts with this , I ran so much today that I can't fell my legs. DAY:4 It was not soo hard. I can see that my ribcage is showing and my stomach getting flatter. DAY:5 I did it and it was hard also did a dance workout with it and consumed very less calories today. DAY:6 My legs were numb but still completed the work out DAY:7 Today I had karate so extra extra exercise I did but also completed this work out DAY:8 It was hard but did it my legs are tied and the feel alot tighter DAY:9 My stomach was a lot flat that before and my legs are tired DAY:10 Completed t was not feeling so hard. I also did some dance workout with it DAY:11 I did it and also had karate so extra exercise DAY:12 Feeling super tied. sometimes I give it up because I can't do it, I'm so tired and disappointed with myself. I hate my body and I would like to change it except that I can't even do all the exercises or at least hold on to the end or correctly. I do not know how to do it, I'm afraid I can't change my body, I'm afraid that even with a diet I try to maintain and sport my body won't change. but thank you, it still encourages me :)!
I've watched Chloe for years, and watched everyone else reach their goals while I told myself that I was "too out of shape" to do her workouts. At 243 lbs, I just completed all of day 2 in my program and felt so accomplished I cried for a second. A VERY big F you to my old self who didn't believe in me. Thank you for everything, Chloe ❤

when i go back to school after this virus it’s over for everyone if i can get fit edit: i did the two weeks shred challenge but stopped at day eight because online school and adjustment! i’m back at it again and going hard this time incorporating other workout videos too! i’ll update later! so day 1 was saturday or 4/4: it went well, i did two videos and some other targeted areas like some far burning and abs day 2 was today or 4/6: i skipped sunday because i just didn’t feel like doing anything. today i did her two weeks shred videos and another fat burning video. i also did some song ab workouts like her ariana grande one! i find those fun to do! updates again tomorrow! day 3: so i did this workout and both basic videos for the two weeks shred challenge! i incorporated some thigh sliming workouts too!!! day 4 4/9: i skipped 4/8 because my bum was bruised from something? so 4/9 i did some fat burning, arms, and the two weeks shred challenge! i also measured myself! my waist is 25 inches and thighs r 20 inches (L) and 20.4 inches (R) day 5 4/10: hi again! idk how many people are reading this! i did the two weeks shred today and a belly fat workout! i also did some inner thigh work! day 6 4/11: hi! today i did the two weeks shred again this time with the do this everyday to lose weight, the ab vidéo and then this video as well! i plan to do some leg work before bed bc i am just really tired right now! i hope these updates are helping!! i finally weighed myself and it’s 47.8 kg

it doesn’t seem like that big of a deal but i finally made it to the third day of chloe’s 2 week shred program after many failed attempts and only making it thru the second day before giving up,,, idk i’m just proud of myself for once :D to whoever else trying to exercise again i wish u the best of luck!! edit: ok yall so i gave up halfway,, BUT i did make it farther than i thought i would and all these replies have been rly encouraging and motivational so I WILL START AGAIN TMR. edit 2: so i kept my word and started the challenge again today and YEA I FEEL LIKE DYING. but this time, i tried to focus more on my breathing, doing the exercise correctly, and going at my own pace instead of rushing thru the exercise and trying to keep up with chloe. trust me it makes a big difference in how u feel when u focus on these things. remember to keep pushing u guys !!
I can totally relate! I found Chloe Ting like a year ago and have tried this challenge SO many times. I just keep making excuses for myself :(( I'm doing it again this time, and there's NO WAY IM QUITING! WE GOT THIS!!!
i’ve been doing this consistently in the mornings for about little under three weeks and the results are so good!!! i actually started this as a way to deal with my anxiety and depression and force myself out of bed but it’s become something i look forward to!
checking in every couple of days to keep myself accountable! still have done it every day and just added running to my routine two to three times a week. i’m not magically better mentally, but i know that even if i did NOTHING else in the day, i have at least worked out and showered and that is so much better than what i used to do all day, which is rot in bed
it’s been another week and i did miss out on about 2 days of working out because i hurt my foot and got my period but!! i’m back on it and still seeing the progress!

Started doing these workouts again 6 month postpartum c-section. I’m seeing some results just from the first week, it took me 9 months to grow a human but I know with Chloe’s videos, I’ll get back to where I was in no time. Thanks Chloe for the videos!
Curious to know if you were able to get a flat belly again after having a baby, I’m 18m postpartum with my second and I’m not like fat but I can’t get the belly to go away
@@samanthahunt7651 I’ve tried these workouts consecutively now for the last two weeks, I’ve developed abs but the pooch has stayed. I’m insecure about mine. I’ve heard massaging the area is good for it. You have to build that abdominal muscle back to where it was prior to pregnancy. I’m considering getting a tummy tuck to have it go back because I cant have anymore kids due to preeclampsia and c-ptsd… I couldn’t handle it mentally or physically. I plan on getting my tubes removed 😂

I’m gonna try this Waist 30 Goal 28 Weight 126 Goal 125/124 Day one: I had a little trouble on some of the exercises but other than that it made me sweat a little bit which is good Day two:good Day three: still doing good, not seeing much changes but it’s only day three Day four: still going Day five: doing good, I can see a small change Day 6: I can see some changes Day 7: it’s getting a lot easier to do and I can see some changes Day 8: same at day 7 Day 9: going good, gotten a lot easier Day 10: couldn’t do it because my friend was over Day 11: I love this workout, I’m starting to see a little more definition on the sides Day 12: still good Day 13: it’s gotten a lot easier and I’ve started going on like walks so I’m trying to do this and get at least 10,00 steps a day Day 14: it’s going so well!! Even if you skip 3 days or take longer breaks, it doesn’t matter, because you are still trying and giving an effort and I garantee you will see a change, don’t give up!

It's my day 7 and I wasn't really in the mood today. After the first video I started believing that I couldn't be able to finish today's workout.. Then I gave 5 minutes break and after that I automatically went on to the next video, I decided on not trying to be perfect, giving breaks are okay , listen to your body, do not heavily force yourself to prevent injuries. And somehow I managed to complete the all 4 videos!! I've burnt 409 KCAL according to my watch. Now I feel so proud! KEEP GOING GUYS, YOU GOT THIS !
For all people looking for motivation: It gets easier. The first few days are rough but it becomes less challenging as your body gets used to it. In the end, you feel better about yourself, you feel and look healthier and it goes to prove how your initiative and self-motivation payed off. Don't only do it for the physical reward. Abs are cool of course, but do it because you wants to feel better. Don't give up :) we all start from somewhere and it can only get better from there!! much love

I did her 2 week shred and a lot of other programs during the start of COVID. They worked! I got small. I had no where to go so I was able to drink lots of water, eat right, and keep to a good routine… Last year, I got a job and married. All of my good workout habits left with my life changes. I started over a week ago, and I feel so good. It’s worth doing these workouts even when I’m dead from work. This time I’m in it not for looks but because I want energy. I’m not measuring myself but I can already see my bloating going away and I’m getting stronger!

If you want quick results I have some tips based on my own experience Tip1:it takes patience your going to see results in the first 30 seconds Tip2:drink lots of water with every meal this helps wash stuff down Tip3:this one is hard for me EAT WHEN YOUR HUNGRY NOT WHEN YOUR BORED Okeh Tip4:don’t starve your self this is bad for you and it can actually make your stomach bigger because it won’t be able to take in that much food if that makes sense Tip5:this is for you not for anyone else it’s your body if you feel like you need to rest then rest but don’t give up you can do this
Actually, the reasoning behind tip4, is not like that. Even though it is true that if you don't eat/starve yourself it'll be more difficult for you to lose wight but it's actually because if you don't get enough energy, your metabolism (a chemical reaction in the body's cells that change food into energy, for example if it's fast, it's more difficult to gain/maitain weight) will get slower. There are a lot of videos explaining this, if you want to know more but basically that's it, even though it's poorly explained. (please correct me if I'm wrong in anything)

I absolutely hate that one omg i’d rather do basically anything... mountain climbers, side planks, up n downs, plank hip dips... you name it! Bunny hop/twisting piston is something I wouldn’t even wish upon my enemy

This has now become my getting up routine. I have a hard time getting up and being active straight away, but now it's up off the bed, into the bathroom to change into workout clothes and down on the floor with Chloe. It does something for your mind too, it gets you going and the rest of the day is much easier. Also, my sleeping schedule is now decent.
Remember guys, even if you only make it half way through or need to take a break between every workout, you’re still doing better than people on the couch. Edit: thank you all for all the likes and attention this has gotten, I didn’t expect this!

I’ve been doing Chloe workout’s since 2020 ( not regulary) but I’ve lost 10 kg when I start doing her programs apirl to december 2020. Then I took a break but I started to gain weight, so I’m starting again her program 35 days summer shred. Because only Chloe workouts help me to lose weight ❤ Thank You Chloe❤
I swear I’m only watching the intro of the video because I’m interested in what she is saying for the millionth time, not because I’m taking a break from the previous workout
Sima I did the full 2 weeks😅 the only thing I did different was I skipped the first ab workout on day 7 and day 14 (Sunday’s) (mainly because I was tired from the 3 previous workouts i did in a row). Also took my “rest day” a day before It was scheduled to. And completed the workout the following day (scheduled rest day)
Sima other than that. My results were fairly good. My stomach was much more defined I definitely saw the 11 line coming through after day 4/5. I noticed I was much stronger (hated up and down planks in the beginning but then could do them much better near the end they ended up being my fav). I noticed my legs a bit more toner (not a dramatic difference but small is better than nothing). Also I only weighed myself twice during the whole two weeks. I lost 2 kgs but didn’t fuss about the scale since I relied on how I looked/felt more so. I recommend take a pic in the mirror first thing every morning. I kept track of my changes through pictures and as I flicked through them noticed the change happening. It may not feel like much has changed but trust me if you see your first pic (my first pic was actually on day 2) compared to the last pic on day 14... you will definitely see the difference xx all the best! Hope you push through!! It’s tough but gets much easier 😅 good luck!!! P.s I may repeat it again after the food I’m gonna indulge in for Xmas 😂😂
does anyone else get stressed trying to figure out how to squeeze their abs and breathe out at the same time. It’s like patting your head and rubbing your tummy
it's kind of hard to explain, but it might help if you imagine that you're pushing the air out of your lungs by squishing your runs toward your hips?? so don't squeeze your belly button toward your spine, squeeze your whole torso like an accordion instead 😅
RenTheWorld I just want to know if I’m doing it right. When you think of trying to squeeze your ribs together do you then kinda push your ribs back and kind of squeeze your sides inwards. I hope I’m doing it right, if not could you please explain a bit further. Thank you so much :D
Just started day 1 again of after just finishing the hourglass program the day before yesterday. I use to do these workouts when I was younger and the results it produced were incredible. Now that I’m older and I’ve put a bit of weight on I thought I’d come back and try this workout again. I’ll be pairing it with Chloe’s 2024 Get Toned Challenge (so this + the exercise corresponding to day X of the challenge) and also healthy eating. Will keep you updated
OMG yes every fucking side plank is just torture bc my feet keep slipping on the mat With or w/o shoes on they still slide, but sometimes I feel like the exercise is even more effective bc I squeeze my legs muscles to stay in place lol

I don’t know if this helps, but lift yourself up as if by your chest. Push from your upper abdomen and chest upwards. Try to keep your neck still. Your neck will naturally rise when you push with your upper abdomen so it won’t feel like you are straining your neck

Not everyday. Keep in mind this injures your abs in a GOOD way. These little exercises will make them bigger. Yes, you have to challenge yourself of course but don't do these everyday. See, these exercises are not super easy, softly said. Your abs work so hard. You need to give those muscles rest for a day, maybe two days, depending on you and your state. ❤️ Rest is so important.

I struggles so fcking much as I started doing her workouts, couldn’t do a video without like 10 breaks, now, about 3 Month later I can do her videos without breaks or feeling dead afterwards... I can feel and see the transformation I got, and I am so happy about that!!! Keep pushing everybody!!!
@@franziskashl1573 hey when you do these exercises do you need to do a warmup or something....because when I tried to do this exercise completely I couldn't even walk for 2-3 days coz I had a really bad cramp and I had to rest for a week to walk without any pain. Can you give me some suggestions for doing these exercises since you've already tried them???

DAY:4 It was not soo hard. I can see that my ribcage is showing and my stomach getting flatter.

so day 1 was saturday or 4/4: it went well, i did two videos and some other targeted areas like some far burning and abs
day 2 was today or 4/6: i skipped sunday because i just didn’t feel like doing anything. today i did her two weeks shred videos and another fat burning video. i also did some song ab workouts like her ariana grande one! i find those fun to do! updates again tomorrow!
day 3: so i did this workout and both basic videos for the two weeks shred challenge! i incorporated some thigh sliming workouts too!!!
day 4 4/9: i skipped 4/8 because my bum was bruised from something? so 4/9 i did some fat burning, arms, and the two weeks shred challenge! i also measured myself! my waist is 25 inches and thighs r 20 inches (L) and 20.4 inches (R)
day 5 4/10: hi again! idk how many people are reading this! i did the two weeks shred today and a belly fat workout! i also did some inner thigh work!
day 6 4/11: hi! today i did the two weeks shred again this time with the do this everyday to lose weight, the ab vidéo and then this video as well! i plan to do some leg work before bed bc i am just really tired right now! i hope these updates are helping!! i finally weighed myself and it’s 47.8 kg

edit 2: so i kept my word and started the challenge again today and YEA I FEEL LIKE DYING. but this time, i tried to focus more on my breathing, doing the exercise correctly, and going at my own pace instead of rushing thru the exercise and trying to keep up with chloe. trust me it makes a big difference in how u feel when u focus on these things. remember to keep pushing u guys !!

i’ve been doing this consistently in the mornings for about little under three weeks and the results are so good!!! i actually started this as a way to deal with my anxiety and depression and force myself out of bed but it’s become something i look forward to!
checking in every couple of days to keep myself accountable! still have done it every day and just added running to my routine two to three times a week. i’m not magically better mentally, but i know that even if i did NOTHING else in the day, i have at least worked out and showered and that is so much better than what i used to do all day, which is rot in bed
it’s been another week and i did miss out on about 2 days of working out because i hurt my foot and got my period but!! i’m back on it and still seeing the progress!

@@samanthahunt7651 I’ve tried these workouts consecutively now for the last two weeks, I’ve developed abs but the pooch has stayed. I’m insecure about mine. I’ve heard massaging the area is good for it. You have to build that abdominal muscle back to where it was prior to pregnancy. I’m considering getting a tummy tuck to have it go back because I cant have anymore kids due to preeclampsia and c-ptsd… I couldn’t handle it mentally or physically. I plan on getting my tubes removed 😂

It's my day 7 and I wasn't really in the mood today. After the first video I started believing that I couldn't be able to finish today's workout.. Then I gave 5 minutes break and after that I automatically went on to the next video, I decided on not trying to be perfect, giving breaks are okay , listen to your body, do not heavily force yourself to prevent injuries. And somehow I managed to complete the all 4 videos!! I've burnt 409 KCAL according to my watch. Now I feel so proud! KEEP GOING GUYS, YOU GOT THIS !
For all people looking for motivation:
It gets easier. The first few days are rough but it becomes less challenging as your body gets used to it. In the end, you feel better about yourself, you feel and look healthier and it goes to prove how your initiative and self-motivation payed off.
Don't only do it for the physical reward. Abs are cool of course, but do it because you wants to feel better.
Don't give up :) we all start from somewhere and it can only get better from there!! much love

I did her 2 week shred and a lot of other programs during the start of COVID. They worked! I got small. I had no where to go so I was able to drink lots of water, eat right, and keep to a good routine…
Last year, I got a job and married. All of my good workout habits left with my life changes. I started over a week ago, and I feel so good. It’s worth doing these workouts even when I’m dead from work. This time I’m in it not for looks but because I want energy. I’m not measuring myself but I can already see my bloating going away and I’m getting stronger!

If you want quick results I have some tips based on my own experience
Tip1:it takes patience your going to see results in the first 30 seconds
Tip2:drink lots of water with every meal this helps wash stuff down
Tip3:this one is hard for me EAT WHEN YOUR HUNGRY NOT WHEN YOUR BORED Okeh
Tip4:don’t starve your self this is bad for you and it can actually make your stomach bigger because it won’t be able to take in that much food if that makes sense
Tip5:this is for you not for anyone else it’s your body if you feel like you need to rest then rest but don’t give up you can do this
Actually, the reasoning behind tip4, is not like that. Even though it is true that if you don't eat/starve yourself it'll be more difficult for you to lose wight but it's actually because if you don't get enough energy, your metabolism (a chemical reaction in the body's cells that change food into energy, for example if it's fast, it's more difficult to gain/maitain weight) will get slower. There are a lot of videos explaining this, if you want to know more but basically that's it, even though it's poorly explained. (please correct me if I'm wrong in anything)
Tip 4 can grow your stomach because eventually your body will technically start to eat itself and slow down your metabolism!

This has now become my getting up routine. I have a hard time getting up and being active straight away, but now it's up off the bed, into the bathroom to change into workout clothes and down on the floor with Chloe. It does something for your mind too, it gets you going and the rest of the day is much easier. Also, my sleeping schedule is now decent.

I’ve been doing Chloe workout’s since 2020 ( not regulary) but I’ve lost 10 kg when I start doing her programs apirl to december 2020. Then I took a break but I started to gain weight, so I’m starting again her program 35 days summer shred. Because only Chloe workouts help me to lose weight ❤ Thank You Chloe❤

Sima I did the full 2 weeks😅 the only thing I did different was I skipped the first ab workout on day 7 and day 14 (Sunday’s) (mainly because I was tired from the 3 previous workouts i did in a row). Also took my “rest day” a day before It was scheduled to. And completed the workout the following day (scheduled rest day)
Sima other than that. My results were fairly good. My stomach was much more defined I definitely saw the 11 line coming through after day 4/5. I noticed I was much stronger (hated up and down planks in the beginning but then could do them much better near the end they ended up being my fav). I noticed my legs a bit more toner (not a dramatic difference but small is better than nothing). Also I only weighed myself twice during the whole two weeks. I lost 2 kgs but didn’t fuss about the scale since I relied on how I looked/felt more so. I recommend take a pic in the mirror first thing every morning. I kept track of my changes through pictures and as I flicked through them noticed the change happening. It may not feel like much has changed but trust me if you see your first pic (my first pic was actually on day 2) compared to the last pic on day 14... you will definitely see the difference xx all the best! Hope you push through!! It’s tough but gets much easier 😅 good luck!!!
P.s I may repeat it again after the food I’m gonna indulge in for Xmas 😂😂

it's kind of hard to explain, but it might help if you imagine that you're pushing the air out of your lungs by squishing your runs toward your hips?? so don't squeeze your belly button toward your spine, squeeze your whole torso like an accordion instead 😅
Think of your stomach like a balloon! When you blow air into a balloon, it inflates. As air leaves, it deflates. This helps me.
I did ballet for 14 years and my instructor always told me to try to “squeeze my ribs together” if that makes sense.
RenTheWorld I just want to know if I’m doing it right. When you think of trying to squeeze your ribs together do you then kinda push your ribs back and kind of squeeze your sides inwards.

I use to do these workouts when I was younger and the results it produced were incredible. Now that I’m older and I’ve put a bit of weight on I thought I’d come back and try this workout again. I’ll be pairing it with Chloe’s 2024 Get Toned Challenge (so this + the exercise corresponding to day X of the challenge) and also healthy eating. Will keep you updated

I don’t know if this helps, but lift yourself up as if by your chest. Push from your upper abdomen and chest upwards. Try to keep your neck still. Your neck will naturally rise when you push with your upper abdomen so it won’t feel like you are straining your neck

Not everyday. Keep in mind this injures your abs in a GOOD way. These little exercises will make them bigger. Yes, you have to challenge yourself of course but don't do these everyday. See, these exercises are not super easy, softly said. Your abs work so hard. You need to give those muscles rest for a day, maybe two days, depending on you and your state. ❤️ Rest is so important.
