Hey, this is to anyone who's new to workouts. This program was the first one I did, about seven months ago. I used to struggle a lot with this one, making long breaks after what felt like every exercise. I was never good at sports, did actually nothing at all for literally years and thought it just wasn't for me. This program was nearly impossible to me. Now I'm on my sixth program. I couldn't have imagined that my abs would look that defined one day and that workouts like this one could ever get easier to me, but now they are. I also got very flexible. And I took multiple rest weeks in between and a lot of additional rest days during programs. What I want to say is, that you can do it as well. You don't have to be anything yet to get to your dream body or fitness. Just give your best and if that's not much right now, it's ok. I know it's not that easy to believe at first, but you will get better. Every effort is worth it and starting is the most difficult part. You got this! And thank you Chloe for making this possible!
@@unaysah3601 I didn't care about what I ate at all when doing the first workouts, I just started to focus on nutrition like a month ago. I saw results quickly anyway, because I just didn't have a lot of body fat. But now I'd definitely recommend for example taking care of eating enough proteins. I feel like I make stronger progress since I do so.
I cant anymore, it is difficult for me not physically but mentally. Today I spent 4 hours doing what I have to do in an hour. I'm disgusted with myself😭😭 I never thought that I was so weak MENTALLY. After every exercise, I think about giving up
i’m here 2023 going into 2024, im only 14 but thank you so much for this workout , i was 147 pounds and now i’m 118 pounds. by following this workout and doing it every day and watching what I eat this has really changed the way I see myself and my body. Remember to never give up and eat how you want your body to look .

Consistency is key. One week into the exercise I went from 62 kg to 60.3 kg. I want to bring it down to 52kg and be really healthy. Chloe thanks for providing these workouts , they’re not only short but also feels like a punch on my face. Super effective and I have started loving to workout and on some days I just hate the way my body is and I love putting in effort to change it. Proud of everyone working in themselves and myself.

yes, yes, yes!! not just physically, but also mentally. Yesterday, I knew I was not in a good mental state to do workout; I knew that I'd just degrade my self and tell myself that no matter how hard I've tried or keep trying, I'll l never get stronger or better, that I'm just a stupid weak bitch. I literally was trying to talk myself INTO doing workouts, then when I gave up I was trying to talk myself into just taking a mental break from exercise and then I had to talk myself into being okay with the fact I was letting my body and mind rest. It was very mentally exhausting, but it was good I took that break. I didn't need to put myself down more than I already was yesterday (bad mentally demeaning day for me). Sometimes, you need two days off from exercise for any reason: physically, mentally, emotionally, etc and that is just okay! Don't push yourself when all you really need is a break; you can always get back into the flow tomorrow and that is great!
Just a reminder size isn’t always health! If you’re having a hard time about body image and lack of weight loss I feel you! I’ve been working out consistently for a long time now and counting calories and I know how stressful it is but know if you can’t do an exercise today that’s ok! Pick it up tomorrow, you were put on this planet for more than losing weight :)
This was the first Chloe Ting workout I did. It took me over 30 minutes to complete and I definitely died a few times in between. After intermittently completing Chloe Ting workouts for 2-3 years, I can proudly say that I finished this workout in 10 minutes. It's crazy amazing to see how strong my body has become from simple home workouts.

I’ll post my progress here~ Measurements: Butt: 34 in // Arms: 9 in// Thighs: 20 in// Waist: 25 1/2 in // Day 1: ✔️ it burns so bad😩 I had to pause a few times but I completed it Day 2: ✔️ Extremely tired, but I got thru with less pauses this time :) Day 3: ✔️ No pauses this time, make sure to do the cool down exercise it helps a bunch Day 4: ✔️ rest day Day 5: ✔️ was NOT expecting this much movement after my rest day🥴 Day 6:✔️ definitely the hardest day so far, but keep pushing! Day 7:✔️ rest day Day 8:✔️ done! My arms definitely got worked today Day 9:✔️ I had to take another rest day I didn’t have time😓 Day 10:✔️ today I really felt my legs & core ^-^ I did the higher impact versions of the exercises to feel more of a burn🔥 Day 11:✔️ rest day😎 Day 12:✔️ completed today with ease💪🏼 make sure to engage ur muscles and don’t give up!! Day 13:✔️ today’s workout was shorter, but you definitely still feel it Day 14:✔️DONE!!! Along with this workout, I will be doing Chloe Ting’s full body and leg workout. I will update my progress daily!✨ Day 2️⃣: ✅ My body is still sore from yesterday’s workout 😣. The workouts felt a lot harder today, but the feeling after finishing was 𝒊𝒎𝒎𝒂𝒄𝒖𝒍𝒂𝒕𝒆 😽. I can’t wait to see my results on day 30 🌟. Day 3️⃣: ✅ The workout was slightly more easier to do today, but my body is even more sore than yesterday 😖. The soreness is fine, although it is a bit painful to sit after standing 😿. Day 4️⃣: ✅ I didn’t do the full body workout today, because i’m feeling lazy 😹. I still did the 2 week ab shred and thigh workout though 😸. To everyone who didthis and isn't seeing results: this excercise is not supposed to be done on it's own, it is part of a multi video series to do daily. It is still great and can produce results, but they might take a little longer to come. I used to do there and was so upset that I didn't see results, but I went to her website and found a great program for me. Keep going guys, you got this.
She had a video about it, and also pilates will teach you how to engage your core since they basically rely on it, you have to inhale, tuck your stomach around your belly button while exhaling and keep a steady rythm doing so breathing is very important cause it engages core muscles, also keep ur stomach hardened during the entire time of the workout
For anyone just starting out a struggling - when I started I could barely do some of these moves because my abs were so weak. I'm into week four of the Peachy program and I am so much stronger! It comes with time, be patient and do what you can. There's no shame in taking breaks!

Same here! I used to concentrate on my belly fat . But now Im so proud I finished the 2019 2 week, and got so much stronger. This challenge is next and I'm excited to get stronger 💪

WEEK 1 1️⃣🔥 ✅ day 1: starting out this next challenge in the next 2 weeks!! cant believe i managed to do these new moves, and they rlly are more intense than the other one!! go abs, go! PS: postponing this sadly 😢 got into an accident. will pick this back up when i get better!! lo and behold i am finally back after a month!! 😭🙏 WEEK 1 🎉🔥 ✅ day 1: modified a few exercises since im still recovering and guess i still got it 🤪 it feels great to exercise again!! ✅ day 2: yey! finished day 2 of this exerciseee. my body is even better than i expected even after the injury. we got this, guys!! ✅ day 3: consistent progress so far!! abs are feeling tight today 💪 ✅ day 4: done!! gotta burn em calories right. for some reason today was a bit more tiring than usual, but i managed anyway. im gonna try cosplaying soon, so i hope i get to define my abs better by then~ ✅ day 5: crunch!! since im still recovering im still a bit shaky but it's been great! so far so good. ✅ day 6: almost a week, one more day to go! 🎉 im seeing more definition now and it's great! ✅ day 7: anddd a WEEK!! ❤ i feel good and light, this is great! i loveee this feeling sm. my abs are tight too! Don’t get discouraged if you don’t see results right away, we all have been there, just keep pushing. Also, do it for your health not to look like a certain body type, since all bodies are different 💛💛💛💛
Feel this! The benefits I'm most impressed with are in my confidence, mental and emotional state, not to mention athletic performance. On my last week of the challenge. Big changes in my body, but it's truly a transformation from the inside, out.

The full body workout is hard :( but try to push through! If you’re able to cook, make some small healthy snacks (like egg bites) to hold you off. I PROMISE, they’re delicious! Here's my results updated (I repost so more people can see it) Start: 60kg Day 1: ✔ I haven't workout for a month due injury. My soul has left the body after this damn! Day 2 : ✔ My whole body hurts but I managed to finish everything Day 3 : ✔ Finished 2 of 3 videos for today and skipped one because I felt dizzy Day 4 : ✔ Feel much more stronger Day 5: ✔ Tip: don't skip stretching after workout! Tough day but I kinda enjoyed 😂 Day 7: ✔ After yesterday's workouts these today seems too easy Day 8: ✔ Skipped one video Day 9: ✔ My wrists definitely love me and hate me at the same time 😂 Day 10: ✔ I noticed that I became more stronger . I lost 5kg but I gained muscle and they are heavier. My belly fat is GONE and look much more defined. My waist is visibly smaller. I like it 😁 I must mention that I didn't diet at all and ate everything including sugar, so if your goal is bigger weight loss or really visible abs, you should cut it out. Some exercises can be difficult for beginners and you may struggle a but DON'T GIVE UP. Take longer breaks if you have to, it's okay. It took me 20min to finish this video instead 10 on the first day. So don't worry if you can't do somenthing or need more time. You get stronger. Take your time and you'll see results . I really hope this helps someone. Btw: HAPPY NEW YEAR 💜
I'm at the end of 28 to lose weight challenge and I'm starting to enjoy the workout! I feel like my body is getting stronger and the body asks for training itself. I start to feel how my body says "thank you" after every workout. Thank you Chloe for this ❤️
Ok guys, day 6 of doing this. It definitely got easier, I remember doing it at day 1 and I couldn't even do half the exercise properly. But trust me it WILL get easier. Hey, this is to anyone who's new to workouts. This program was the first one I did, about seven months ago. I used to struggle a lot with this one, making long breaks after what felt like every exercise. I was never good at sports, did actually nothing at all for literally years and thought it just wasn't for me. This program was nearly impossible to me. Now I'm on my sixth program. I couldn't have imagined that my abs would look that defined one day and that workouts like this one could ever get easier to me, but now they are. I also got very flexible. And I took multiple rest weeks in between and a lot of additional rest days during programs. What I want to say is, that you can do it as well. You don't have to be anything yet to get to your dream body or fitness. Just give your best and if that's not much right now, it's ok. I know it's not that easy to believe at first, but you will get better. Every effort is worth it and starting is the most difficult part. You got this!

@@unaysah3601 I didn't care about what I ate at all when doing the first workouts, I just started to focus on nutrition like a month ago. I saw results quickly anyway, because I just didn't have a lot of body fat. But now I'd definitely recommend for example taking care of eating enough proteins. I feel like I make stronger progress since I do so.

Consistency is key. One week into the exercise I went from 62 kg to 60.3 kg. I want to bring it down to 52kg and be really healthy. Chloe thanks for providing these workouts , they’re not only short but also feels like a punch on my face. Super effective and I have started loving to workout and on some days I just hate the way my body is and I love putting in effort to change it. Proud of everyone working in themselves and myself.

yes, yes, yes!! not just physically, but also mentally. Yesterday, I knew I was not in a good mental state to do workout; I knew that I'd just degrade my self and tell myself that no matter how hard I've tried or keep trying, I'll l never get stronger or better, that I'm just a stupid weak bitch. I literally was trying to talk myself INTO doing workouts, then when I gave up I was trying to talk myself into just taking a mental break from exercise and then I had to talk myself into being okay with the fact I was letting my body and mind rest. It was very mentally exhausting, but it was good I took that break. I didn't need to put myself down more than I already was yesterday (bad mentally demeaning day for me). Sometimes, you need two days off from exercise for any reason: physically, mentally, emotionally, etc and that is just okay! Don't push yourself when all you really need is a break; you can always get back into the flow tomorrow and that is great!

This was the first Chloe Ting workout I did. It took me over 30 minutes to complete and I definitely died a few times in between. After intermittently completing Chloe Ting workouts for 2-3 years, I can proudly say that I finished this workout in 10 minutes. It's crazy amazing to see how strong my body has become from simple home workouts.

Day 1️⃣: ✅ This workout is definitely much more harder than the original 2 week ab shred 😭. Never enjoyed up & down planks as much until today 😹. Along with this workout, I will be doing Chloe Ting’s full body and leg workout. I will update my progress daily!✨
Day 2️⃣: ✅ My body is still sore from yesterday’s workout 😣. The workouts felt a lot harder today, but the feeling after finishing was 𝒊𝒎𝒎𝒂𝒄𝒖𝒍𝒂𝒕𝒆 😽. I can’t wait to see my results on day 30 🌟.
Day 3️⃣: ✅ The workout was slightly more easier to do today, but my body is even more sore than yesterday 😖. The soreness is fine, although it is a bit painful to sit after standing 😿.
Day 4️⃣: ✅ I didn’t do the full body workout today, because i’m feeling lazy 😹. I still did the 2 week ab shred and thigh workout though 😸. Anyways, I’m not as sore as yesterday, so the workouts are not as painful to do 👍.
Day 5️⃣: ✅ The workout is getting a bit easier 😸. Still sweating a lot though 😹.
Day 6️⃣: ✅ I am getting better at the exercises 😽. My body isn’t sore anymore. I lied, maybe just a little bit 😅.
Day 7️⃣🎉: ✅ After doing the exercise, I feel so relaxed 😸. I weighed myself and the scale says i’m 106.5 lbs 😭✨. Btw, my diet consists of less junk food. I eat less of anything fried or sweet 🍦🍔. So, less snacks, ice cream, and chicken wings 🍗. Although, I still eat them from time to time 😋👍.
Day 8️⃣: ❌ Had a mental breakdown (bc of school) today 🤕. I have this aching headache, so I did not do the workout. Hopefully, I can do it tomorrow 😭
Day 9️⃣: ❌ I didn’t do the workout today. My headache was even worse than yesterday 🤢. I felt like throwing up throughout the day 😿.
Day 1️⃣0️⃣: ✅The workout was harder to do, since I still have a little bit of a headache 🤕. But, I managed 😽.
Day 1️⃣1️⃣: ✅ I’m not sweating as much as before 😋. The workout is also getting more easier everyday✨. I am seeing some difference in my abs and legs. They look slimmer than before 😻 (not in a bad way) .
Day 1️⃣2️⃣: ❌ My stomach is too full today. I didn’t have time during the day, and I don’t want to exercise right before bed 😴. But, I will definitely exercise tomorrow 👍.

Most of the time I feel like quitting, so I decided to remove it 😣. Recently, I find myself eating more and not watching what I eat. I would eat a lot more junk food and snacking more often 😿. I hope to do better and reach my goal 😤💗.

It is still great and can produce results, but they might take a little longer to come. I used to do there and was so upset that I didn't see results, but I went to her website and found a great program for me. Keep going guys, you got this.

She had a video about it, and also pilates will teach you how to engage your core since they basically rely on it, you have to inhale, tuck your stomach around your belly button while exhaling and keep a steady rythm doing so breathing is very important cause it engages core muscles, also keep ur stomach hardened during the entire time of the workout

For anyone just starting out a struggling - when I started I could barely do some of these moves because my abs were so weak. I'm into week four of the Peachy program and I am so much stronger! It comes with time, be patient and do what you can. There's no shame in taking breaks!

Day 2️⃣3️⃣: ✅ Phew, feeling tired after the workout 😹. Still don’t know how to do the last exercise, but I can do the up and down plank 😸👍.
Day 2️⃣4️⃣: ✅ My abs definitely love me, lololol 😌✨. I am very happy, because my stomach has toned down a lot 😽. My body didn’t have any curves before, but now I have just a slightly curve waist 🤩.
Day 2️⃣5️⃣: ✅ Today, I had a headache. But, I still managed to do the workout 😤. Felt like giving myself a treat, so I ate some chicken wings 😋. Almost day 30 🥳💗✨!

The full body workout is hard :( but try to push through! If you’re able to cook, make some small healthy snacks (like egg bites) to hold you off. I PROMISE, they’re delicious! In addition to that, try to eat 3 meals a day with less snacking and more water. When you’re hungry for a snack, drink some water. Good luck!!

Here's my results updated (I repost so more people can see it)
Start: 60kg
Day 1: ✔ I haven't workout for a month due injury. My soul has left the body after this damn!
Day 2 : ✔ My whole body hurts but I managed to finish everything
Day 3 : ✔ Finished 2 of 3 videos for today and skipped one because I felt dizzy
Day 4 : ✔ Feel much more stronger
Day 5: ✔ Tip: don't skip stretching after workout! It helps A LOT and will make you feel better.
Day 6: ✔ MY WRISTS 😭 I should've warmed up them better omg.... Tough day but I kinda enjoyed 😂
Day 7: ✔ After yesterday's workouts these today seems too easy
Day 8: ✔ Skipped one video
Day 9: ✔ My wrists definitely love me and hate me at the same time 😂
Day 10: ✔ I noticed that I became more stronger . Exercises seems easier
Day 11: ✔ DONEEE
Day 12 : ❌ Needed rest day. I felt worn out
Day 13 : ✔ Finished everything without taking breaks. Time passed so fast lol 😂 Tommorrow is the last day YAAAAS
Day 14 : ✔ FINALLY DONE! 60min sounded challenging but I finished it without any larger breaks
Results: 55kg
Feedback: I think that this program is harder and more challenging than 2019. one and it's better balanced.
I lost 5kg but I gained muscle and they are heavier. My belly fat is GONE and look much more defined. My waist is visibly smaller. I like it 😁
I must mention that I didn't diet at all and ate everything including sugar, so if your goal is bigger weight loss or really visible abs, you should cut it out.
Some exercises can be difficult for beginners and you may struggle a but DON'T GIVE UP. Take longer breaks if you have to, it's okay. It took me 20min to finish this video instead 10 on the first day. So don't worry if you can't do somenthing or need more time. You get stronger.
Take your time and you'll see results .

I'm at the end of 28 to lose weight challenge and I'm starting to enjoy the workout! I feel like my body is getting stronger and the body asks for training itself. I start to feel how my body says "thank you" after every workout.

Ok guys, day 6 of doing this. It definitely got easier, I remember doing it at day 1 and I couldn't even do half the exercise properly. But trust me it WILL get easier. I'm not slim either, I'm fat and I started Chloe's videos. Thank you Chloe. It motivates to keep going, if you're on this track, don't stop! Fighting✊❤
I’ve done this before. I felt my absolute best and my stomach was flatter. I feel down a hole started binging and stopped working. I’ve motivated myself to start again. Hopefully I carry on this time!

On day 52 of the get fit and moving challenge and Chloe decided we do the killer 26 mins full body workout followed by this workout. I could complain a little but so far I have lost 7kgs so all that sweating was worth it. Thank you. 4 days to go
