Lol on one of her other ones she said “breath out when u pull your legs in and breath in when you push them out” I was wither doing the opposite or not breathing, i couldnt get it
i’ve been doing this workout and her other “abs in 2 weeks” workout for a couple of weeks now, and the results i saw were literally mind-blowing. i used to be so insecure about my body and always worried about how my body will look in my new school uniform, but now i’m not worried anymore! thank you so so much for this

I feel a bit stronger. Yay. Day 5: DONE✅, I forgot to update this yesterday so I'm doing it now. Also, I've been doing some sit ups along with the exercises. I'm sweating like hell Day 8: DONE✅, By this time, you can literally sense your inner muscles paining, but all of this is worth it. Day 25: DONE✅, I feel so much better about myself these days, I know we do a lot of mistakes, but what defines us is our zeal to be better with each day, I promise even if I make mistakes I won't ever be giving up, maybe I'll take a break, a coffee, but I'll be back much much stronger. Day 26: DONE✅, Guys, I feel a lot lot stronger, nd I hope this will continue increasing, nobody has the power to suppress your inner strength, just don't let anyone do that, nd yeah, have funnnn, as long as you're happy, productive and in peace with yourself, it's always going to be worth it👍. Day 27: DONE✅, No matter how tiring it may seem, but you gotta push yourself always because at the end of the day, it's all about bettering ourselves from the previous day and living our life, keep pushing guys, even though the growth may seem too slow, but it's happening drop by drop🌸. I stopped working out for a couple weeks, started a swing shift job, then was fired from said job ysterday after becoming (foolishly) enthusiastic and invested in being the best I could be at it. I'm exhausted from not sleeping right in over a week, my joints and back have been causing me immense stiffness and pain, but I decided I'd go back to working out again. I used to smash these workouts with ease (of course getting breathless, but it was rarely too hard to do). I had to fight every instinct today to quit. I will get my strength back. I won't let losing my job ruin my attitude and outlook on life. I can and WILL become the healthiest version of myself.
My 4 year old loves loves watching these and working out with me. About half way thru she says “I’m getting too tired” so I tell her go relax you can stop and she responds with “no if I stop I won’t be strong anymore.” If she can be my motivator that means we all can do this 💪
Try to raise your upper shoulder and your head and also look at your abs while doing your abs workout, this will help you to really focus on your abs but not your neck. Do remember to keep in mind to relax your neck .
For people wondering if these actually work - IT DOES! I was overweight and at starting I felt too lazy and disheartened but I started these workout combined with cardio so keep it up guys! ❤️

I got through half this workout then realized how confusing it was it wasn't hard for me but like the planks are randomly placed the feet movements are so random and confusing this workout also is said too take awhile too show results. Not worth the headache for me growing Anna or whatever she's called has much better balanced and less confusing workouts.

I’ve been doing her workouts for 4 days now and I’ve lost 1.6kg!!and 2.7inches🥳so proud of myself even if I can’t see results I will always feel better looking at the scales and seeing my progress! I’ve done this workout and 3 others through the day! I usually do one first thing in the morning one after lunch one after dinner and one before I sleep😴 some ppl say I’m pushing myself to hard but I know I’m not because I do conditioning in gymnastics for an hour and it has the same exercises. Талия уменьшилась только визуально, а так никаких изменений. Поищу другую тренеровку, т.к. эта не помогает
скажу так делала эту тренировку 2 недели и изменения были даже очень заметные,но при этом я ела почти все,тоесть я питалась так же как и до этого,просто не большими порциями и ела максимум 4-5 раз в день,ну и конечно в каждый прием пище добовлять побольше овощей или фруктов,если хотела съесть тот же кусок торта я могла съесть его без проблем до 11 часов утра,сладкое на завтрак,это еще как некоторые говорят страховка от передания,ну у кого как,и ещё раз в неделю делала что то типо читмилка тоесть могла заказать пиццу или съесть тот же гамбургер что бы не было срывов

For everyone who hasn’t have any motivation anymore or doesn’t want to do the workout, because your just tired or not in the mood, I will tell you this my friends: 28 February 2020 I weighted 69,2 kilograms (I’m 170 centimeters aka 5’7) and now, today, 6 July 2020 I weigh 61,1 kilograms. I know there will be some obstacles and though times, but please look at the long run and you will get to your goal. I too have a long way to go, but I’m so much more happier and energetic!! So please boys and girls, do the workout because because of that you will achieve your goal!! Update: - 23th of August: I have finally lost more than 10 kilograms and I’m so proud of myself and so thankful for all the people that believed in me. Thank you guys for sticking with me and not giving up on me or yourself. For everyone saying they feel it more in their legs, you might be centering your weight incorrectly and not engaging your core. When I first started and did anything in the plank position, I always felt it more in my arms and legs than my core and I realized it was because I was either leaning more on my arms or legs and putting my weight there rather than around my center. You need to use your arms and legs to hold you up but your core should be doing most of the work. Also tightening up your core and really focusing on engaging it helps a ton. I can’t even begin to explain the difference it makes when you’re doing it properly. I hope this helps!
@@shreayakongari1208 clench your stomach muscles while you do it! think of how your stomach clenches when you cough, and hold it like that! it also helps if you breathe out hard through your lips when planking to keep your core tight, but don’t do it so much that it will make you dizzy! hope this helps:)

everyone on TikTok making those vids hating on Chloe don't take into consideration that some people just need a place to start exercising and these "_ in 2 weeks" videos are much more encouraging and less intimidating for people who don't know where to start. anyways thank you Chloe always for starting my journey into building good habits
TIP! To prolong that burn, there’s a few things to pay attention to... 1. Make each movement a little slower Like for the reverse crunch (or any movement really), try to keep your “roll” there for a few seconds. You can use your fingertips to help you a little bit. Just push yourself! And when you go down, also use your fingertips so you don’t just unroll quickly. (Other examples are like the in and out, u boat, etc.) 2. Make each movement a little “graceful” Basically, if there’s a movement where you touch the ground in between movements, just don’t. Or if you just move one to one, just slow down (just like a ballerina) For toe taps, just don’t do the “tap” part when you go left or right. Just move your legs, go back to plank, and move the other leg. You no longer have an “extra” support when you tap, so it focuses the support on your abdomen. When you move your knee alternating elbows (forgot what it was called), slow your movements and make it “graceful”. You slowly need to control your abdomen so you can make the movements slower/graceful. Since they are ab exercises, they are meant to focus on the abs, not the other parts. That’s why you don’t see any other “fast” movements (high knees, shuffles, in and out squats, etc.) So I don’t know how much these tips will help you, but they help me. It helps me focus on the abs and its burn. ( and I think that’s what should be focused ) :D

Doing this for 30 days!: *Day 1:* Literally dying, I had to skip so much of it but I feel powerful after. *Day 2:* Still really hard, had to rest a lot *Day 3:* Like 1% easier but I barely had any motivation to do it and wanted to give up
Same and it drives me mad I finally gained weight (I was 7.5 stone last year now I'm over 9.5) but with the nice weight gain comes the dreaded belly fat also so now I'm doing HIIT and ab exercises at the end of a heavy weight lifting session and it is definitely comming down slowly but surly. Keep going xxx

I am going to do the summer shred and uptade you guys. Measurements: Waist: 67 cm (25.5 inches) Thigh: 46 cm (18 inches) Height: 167 cm (5'4) Weight: 46.7 kg (102 lbs) Age: 12 ⚠️DISACLAMER⚠️ I am not trying to lose weight or size, I just want to be stronger and replace fat with muscle Week 1: wow that is really hard, I usually train a lot but I got out of shape... Week 2: We just got back to school so it is harder to do it but i am starting to get better. Week 3: other from changing the specific workout to another workout in the same style, i have succeeded in following the plan. Week 4: It was so hard to do the workout every day because I got bored and tired of that. The workouts themselves weren't hard anymore. Final measurements: Waist: 65 cm (25.5 inches) Thigh: 45 cm (17.7 inches) Weight: 46.3 kg (102.2 lbs) I am quite satisfied with the results, I have "shredded" but I think I am not much stronger. I wouldn't do this again but it was quite good. If you have any questions ask me and I'll answer.

See my issue is I have abs (bf can confirm) but I also have a fair bit of fat. So they're there, they're just hidden. But I'm working my way towards getting rid of it and getting hawt again 😠 (That's a look of determination btw)

Could do the jumping planks. Maybe because i got the result of the exam that i had been preparing for and i cleared it, also it was a sunday, didn't have to go for training. Day 28 : DONE, I've been eating a lot of meat recently, in the past two days, because I was being invited. And I purposely ate too much once which is completely my fault. But I promise I'll make up for it. I will. And yeah, maybe I'm lonely, maybe I'm alone. But I'm not weak. And I'm not gonna forever stay this way. The most important person in your life is you and you have to treasure yourself and take care of yourself, together with pursuing your dreams. That's how we live life. Day 29 : DONE, My mom went to a relative's house, and I'm alone for a few days. I understand how many things she has to do throughout the day. I'm so grateful for her. Also, I changed the sequence of some exercises to reduce time. Let's see. Day 30 : DONE, Fuck what your mind is telling you. It's just a distraction. Control your mind, don't let it control you. Yes, it's boring, yes it's time consuming, yes it's hard, so what? Then don't even wish for a change if you are not willing to do it. Day 31 : DONE, I feel a bit weak, maybe because I'll probably get my periods. Idk if I should be saying that because getting periods regularly has never been easy for me. But I'll continue doing this and I'll better myself, I won't get distracted this time. Amidst all the chaos, I'll find peace in myself and I'll constantly try to better myself. Day 32 : DONE, I'm feeling a little ill today so couldn't do some exercises properly, but trust me guys, if you stay consistent and believe in yourself and focus on yourself, you'll see results, if not today but very soon. Remember, it's for US. Day 33 : DONE, Still didn't get my periods. I want to be healthy, I don't want to depend on meds again. I will work hard. I will do it, I have to do it. I fell down today morning and bruised my knee a slight bit, but that's fine. I won't stop, I just can't. Day 34 : DONE, I feel so bad as I couldn't complete two types of exercises today because I'm having a sore throat and a little fever. I'm not feeling well. But I promise, I'll make for for it when I feel better. Also, a thing has been bothering me, yeah it's that thing. But I'm glad I've my mum by my side, she will protect me. Moreover I can protect myself. No revenge, I'll leave it to God. I won't think about it but yeah, that person will get what he deserves. Leave. Don't give yourself tension when it's none of your fault. I've handled it before, I can handle it now as well. Day 35 : DONE, I couldn't do 3 days in between because I was very sick. Also, I got my periods and it's my 3rd day so I did only arms workout today, not all. Moreover, today was a bit low, a need to do something to keep me sane. I will do it and I will continue working out. Day 36 : DONE, I forgot to update this yesterday, so I'm doing it today. I promised myself that I'll give this year to myself. Just till December, then do whatever you want to. So don't get distracted. Day 37 : DONE, This week was a really messed up week. Idk what's written for me, I've tried my best in that thing still I received nothing. I just received ignorance. That's fine. Maybe God had some other plans. I'll just believe in his plan. I'll try to stress less. I'll keep working on myself and untill I achieve my desired goal, I'm not going to stop. Day 38 : DONE, I'm doing all the exercises since yesterday and I'm sweating like hell. Also, I'm starting the 30 days NCR, because that's the right thing to do. I will do it for 30 days and then decide what I should do and what I should not. Day 39 : DONE, Stop worrying about the future, it's not in your hands. Stop worrying about other people, they are just mere human beings, so just chill. The world is not ending tomorrow babe, you've many things to face. Day 40 : DONE, People only come to you when it's convenient for them. Don't have guilt in maintaining your boundaries. My body is paining man, but I'll continue doing it. I've to. Day 41 : DONE, I feel so tired and don't feel like continuing. But I'm not gonna stop, I'm not gonna quit after working so hard. I will do it, I've to do it. Day 42 : DONE, Still on it, it feels so tiring and hard and the results have stopped showing as fast as it used to show before. But you know what, just remember why you started it in the first place. I won't quit, I can't. Day 43 : DONE, I'm in a constant dilemma, there's always just one thing running in my head. I don't even know whether I'm of any importance to that person and that's puts me in sadness and confusion and guilt sometimes. I really don't know what I should be doing. I hope God shows me a way. Day 44 : DONE, I seriously don't want to do the workout anymore, I have no motivation left at this point, but I've the disciples. Yes, I do. If I stop doing this for any reasons (except studies) that will mean that I'm weak. I'm not. I'm strong. I have to be. There isn't another option. Day 45 : DONE, I just have 2 more days left to do this workout routine, because I'll be going back to the hostel after 2 days. I'll have to set up a different routine, but I've to continue exercising. I've to. Day 46 : DONE, Only 1 day left at home. Day 47 : DONE, will have to start freshly from tomorrow.

Day 17-✅ Day 18-✅ Day 19-✅(my legs hurted too idk why tho) Day 20- I saw more changeeee!!!!!!! Day 21-✅ Day 22- I feel so good after doing it! Day 23-✅ Day 24-I got motivation today so I feel better Day 25-✅ ..-(i got it just 6 days moreee) Day 26-I felt a little bit of pain at my waist and -abs and I literally saw the change! Day 27- I am really happy that I’m doing this workouts. Day 28-I took a break:) Day 29- I was tired but I did it✅ Day 30- (just one day more I got it)Im motivated. FINAL DAYYYY- 🌸DAY 31🌸-✅ I’m so happy with the results I really was tired and lazy doing this every day but I’m happy that I didn’t quit at doing it it really helped me a lot and I feel like I’m a new i!!! I stopped working out for a couple weeks, started a swing shift job, then was fired from said job ysterday after becoming (foolishly) enthusiastic and invested in being the best I could be at it. I'm exhausted from not sleeping right in over a week, my joints and back have been causing me immense stiffness and pain, but I decided I'd go back to working out again.
I used to smash these workouts with ease (of course getting breathless, but it was rarely too hard to do). I had to fight every instinct today to quit.
I will get my strength back. I won't let losing my job ruin my attitude and outlook on life. I can and WILL become the healthiest version of myself.

Try to raise your upper shoulder and your head and also look at your abs while doing your abs workout, this will help you to really focus on your abs but not your neck. Do remember to keep in mind to relax your neck .

I got through half this workout then realized how confusing it was it wasn't hard for me but like the planks are randomly placed the feet movements are so random and confusing this workout also is said too take awhile too show results. Итог: вес и обхваты остались те же. Талия уменьшилась только визуально, а так никаких изменений. Поищу другую тренеровку, т.к. эта не помогает
Результаты буду только спустя 2 недели регулярных тренировок и правильного питания !
скажу так делала эту тренировку 2 недели и изменения были даже очень заметные,но при этом я ела почти все,тоесть я питалась так же как и до этого,просто не большими порциями и ела максимум 4-5 раз в день,ну и конечно в каждый прием пище добовлять побольше овощей или фруктов,если хотела съесть тот же кусок торта я могла съесть его без проблем до 11 часов утра,сладкое на завтрак,это еще как некоторые говорят страховка от передания,ну у кого как,и ещё раз в неделю делала что то типо читмилка тоесть могла заказать пиццу или съесть тот же гамбургер что бы не было срывов

For everyone who hasn’t have any motivation anymore or doesn’t want to do the workout, because your just tired or not in the mood, I will tell you this my friends: 28 February 2020 I weighted 69,2 kilograms (I’m 170 centimeters aka 5’7) and now, today, 6 July 2020 I weigh 61,1 kilograms. I know there will be some obstacles and though times, but please look at the long run and you will get to your goal. I too have a long way to go, but I’m so much more happier and energetic!! So please boys and girls, do the workout because because of that you will achieve your goal!!

- 23th of August: I have finally lost more than 10 kilograms and I’m so proud of myself and so thankful for all the people that believed in me. Thank you guys for sticking with me and not giving up on me or yourself. I’m currently 58,3 kilograms and I just want to show all of you with this update that you can do this and you WILL achieve your goal!

For everyone saying they feel it more in their legs, you might be centering your weight incorrectly and not engaging your core. When I first started and did anything in the plank position, I always felt it more in my arms and legs than my core and I realized it was because I was either leaning more on my arms or legs and putting my weight there rather than around my center. You need to use your arms and legs to hold you up but your core should be doing most of the work.
Also tightening up your core and really focusing on engaging it helps a ton. I can’t even begin to explain the difference it makes when you’re doing it properly. I hope this helps!

@@shreayakongari1208 clench your stomach muscles while you do it! think of how your stomach clenches when you cough, and hold it like that! it also helps if you breathe out hard through your lips when planking to keep your core tight, but don’t do it so much that it will make you dizzy! hope this helps:)

everyone on TikTok making those vids hating on Chloe don't take into consideration that some people just need a place to start exercising and these "_ in 2 weeks" videos are much more encouraging and less intimidating for people who don't know where to start. anyways thank you Chloe always for starting my journey into building good habits

To prolong that burn, there’s a few things to pay attention to...
1. Make each movement a little slower
Like for the reverse crunch (or any movement really), try to keep your “roll” there for a few seconds. You can use your fingertips to help you a little bit. Just push yourself! And when you go down, also use your fingertips so you don’t just unroll quickly. (Other examples are like the in and out, u boat, etc.)
2. Make each movement a little “graceful”
Basically, if there’s a movement where you touch the ground in between movements, just don’t. Or if you just move one to one, just slow down (just like a ballerina)
For toe taps, just don’t do the “tap” part when you go left or right. Just move your legs, go back to plank, and move the other leg. You no longer have an “extra” support when you tap, so it focuses the support on your abdomen.
When you move your knee alternating elbows (forgot what it was called), slow your movements and make it “graceful”. You slowly need to control your abdomen so you can make the movements slower/graceful.
Since they are ab exercises, they are meant to focus on the abs, not the other parts. That’s why you don’t see any other “fast” movements (high knees, shuffles, in and out squats, etc.) So I don’t know how much these tips will help you, but they help me. It helps me focus on the abs and its burn. ( and I think that’s what should be focused ) :D

Week 1: wow that is really hard, I usually train a lot but I got out of shape...
Week 2: We just got back to school so it is harder to do it but i am starting to get better.
Week 3: other from changing the specific workout to another workout in the same style, i have succeeded in following the plan.
Week 4: It was so hard to do the workout every day because I got bored and tired of that. The workouts themselves weren't hard anymore.
Final measurements:
Waist: 65 cm (25.5 inches)
Thigh: 45 cm (17.7 inches)
Weight: 46.3 kg (102.2 lbs)
I am quite satisfied with the results, I have "shredded" but I think I am not much stronger. I wouldn't do this again but it was quite good. If you have any questions ask me and I'll answer.

Day 16 : DONE, Was feeling a little weak in the beginning but could do the plank jacks as well. And I still feel low. I hope that the Lord guides me.
Day 17 : DONE, I'm gonna be really selfish towards the people who left me at my lowest. I promise I'll show up everyday and work towards myself, no matter what the fuck happens.
Day 18 : DONE, Just remember guys, if you're not satisfied with yourself, if you don't love yourself, then no person can come and do that for you. Stop being dependent on anyone and learn to handle things on your own, because one day or the other, you'll have to, nobody is permanent.
Day 19 : DONE, No matter what you're going through, just remember that you're stronger than this. You've already faced a lot of challenges in life, so don't consider yourself weak. You're strong, you're brave.

Day 21 : DONE, I've realised one thing that the struggles that we face in our life, they make us stronger unknowingly. And the struggles, they will never end, so it's upon us how we choose to deal with it.
Day 22 : DONE, Sweating like hell and i feel great. No matter how hard it is, don't give up, because uncomfortable situations make us tougher. Keep pushing.
Day 23 : DONE, I don't know what's happening but I'm sweating like hell, serious hell. Maybe because it's july and the weather is too hot. But trust me guys, everything will be fucking worth it. 🔥
Day 24 : DONE, When you stop chasing anyone and keep doing what's best for YOU, you can do everything. Remember, it's your life, and your should be responsible for it. Stop being scared and anxious for anyone else.
Day 25 : DONE, I was not in a mood for the exercise, I feel tired, stressed and somethings are not going as planned. But we aren't supposed to be happy always. You're sad? Doesn't matter. Get your butt up and do the work, because the hardwork you put in today will definitely show their results in the future. Even if they don't show the results soon or the results are negligible, remember that each step counts, each step makes you strong. So stop thinking and just get it done.
Day 26 : DONE, To the people who have tried to play with my dignity, I promise you, karma hits back. Even if it will take time, but you'll burn in hell fire. Even if you stay all happy, your mind will destroy. Some people think that they can use us, lol. Go do that with your own family members, maybe you've done as well. Good luck with your messed up life. You can't do anything to me and that will break your fucking ego.
Day 27 : DONE, I've realised that no one can harm me. Yes, I was naive before, yes, people's intentions can he wrong, even the closest one, but that nothing to do with you, absolutely nothing. It's their sick mindset. You have already dealt with these things before and you will be able to do so in the future. Don't be scared, don't fear. You're much greater than this.
Day 28 : DONE, I've been eating a lot of meat recently, in the past two days, because I was being invited. And I purposely ate too much once which is completely my fault. But I promise I'll make up for it. I will. And yeah, maybe I'm lonely, maybe I'm alone. But I'm not weak. And I'm not gonna forever stay this way. The most important person in your life is you and you have to treasure yourself and take care of yourself, together with pursuing your dreams. That's how we live life.
Day 29 : DONE, My mom went to a relative's house, and I'm alone for a few days. I understand how many things she has to do throughout the day. I'm so grateful for her. Also, I changed the sequence of some exercises to reduce time. Let's see.
Day 30 : DONE, Fuck what your mind is telling you. It's just a distraction. Control your mind, don't let it control you. Yes, it's boring, yes it's time consuming, yes it's hard, so what? Then don't even wish for a change if you are not willing to do it.
Day 31 : DONE, I feel a bit weak, maybe because I'll probably get my periods. Idk if I should be saying that because getting periods regularly has never been easy for me. But I'll continue doing this and I'll better myself, I won't get distracted this time. Amidst all the chaos, I'll find peace in myself and I'll constantly try to better myself.
Day 32 : DONE, I'm feeling a little ill today so couldn't do some exercises properly, but trust me guys, if you stay consistent and believe in yourself and focus on yourself, you'll see results, if not today but very soon. Remember, it's for US.
Day 33 : DONE, Still didn't get my periods. I want to be healthy, I don't want to depend on meds again. I will work hard. I will do it, I have to do it. I fell down today morning and bruised my knee a slight bit, but that's fine. I won't stop, I just can't.
Day 34 : DONE, I feel so bad as I couldn't complete two types of exercises today because I'm having a sore throat and a little fever. I'm not feeling well. But I promise, I'll make for for it when I feel better. Also, a thing has been bothering me, yeah it's that thing. But I'm glad I've my mum by my side, she will protect me. Moreover I can protect myself. No revenge, I'll leave it to God. I won't think about it but yeah, that person will get what he deserves. Leave. Don't give yourself tension when it's none of your fault. I've handled it before, I can handle it now as well.
Day 35 : DONE, I couldn't do 3 days in between because I was very sick. Also, I got my periods and it's my 3rd day so I did only arms workout today, not all. Moreover, today was a bit low, a need to do something to keep me sane. I will do it and I will continue working out.
Day 36 : DONE, I forgot to update this yesterday, so I'm doing it today. I promised myself that I'll give this year to myself. Just till December, then do whatever you want to. So don't get distracted.
Day 37 : DONE, This week was a really messed up week. Idk what's written for me, I've tried my best in that thing still I received nothing. I just received ignorance. That's fine. Maybe God had some other plans. I'll just believe in his plan. I'll try to stress less. I'll keep working on myself and untill I achieve my desired goal, I'm not going to stop.
Day 38 : DONE, I'm doing all the exercises since yesterday and I'm sweating like hell. Also, I'm starting the 30 days NCR, because that's the right thing to do. I will do it for 30 days and then decide what I should do and what I should not.
Day 39 : DONE, Stop worrying about the future, it's not in your hands. Stop worrying about other people, they are just mere human beings, so just chill. The world is not ending tomorrow babe, you've many things to face.
Day 40 : DONE, People only come to you when it's convenient for them. Don't have guilt in maintaining your boundaries. My body is paining man, but I'll continue doing it. I've to.
Day 41 : DONE, I feel so tired and don't feel like continuing. But I'm not gonna stop, I'm not gonna quit after working so hard. I will do it, I've to do it.
Day 42 : DONE, Still on it, it feels so tiring and hard and the results have stopped showing as fast as it used to show before. But you know what, just remember why you started it in the first place. I won't quit, I can't.
Day 43 : DONE, I'm in a constant dilemma, there's always just one thing running in my head. I don't even know whether I'm of any importance to that person and that's puts me in sadness and confusion and guilt sometimes. I really don't know what I should be doing. I hope God shows me a way.
Day 44 : DONE, I seriously don't want to do the workout anymore, I have no motivation left at this point, but I've the disciples. Yes, I do. If I stop doing this for any reasons (except studies) that will mean that I'm weak. I'm not. I'm strong. I have to be. There isn't another option.
Day 45 : DONE, I just have 2 more days left to do this workout routine, because I'll be going back to the hostel after 2 days. I'll have to set up a different routine, but I've to continue exercising. I've to.
Day 46 : DONE, Only 1 day left at home.
Day 47 : DONE, will have to start freshly from tomorrow.

Day 1-my stomach really hurt at doing it.
Day 2-i don’t see a change obviously but it’s better then day 1.
Day 3- I had to take a break cuz my abs really hurted.
Day 4-I felt pain
Day 5- I saw a little bit of change in my waist

Day 8- I started to feel more comfortable doing the workouts!
Day 9-I had a long day so I couldn’t do it.

Day 12- I really saw a little bit more of change and my lower abs hurted when I walked or did something

Day 15-I wanted to chill today so I was lazy sorry!!

🌸DAY 31🌸-✅ I’m so happy with the results I really was tired and lazy doing this every day but I’m happy that I didn’t quit at doing it it really helped me a lot and I feel like I’m a new i!!!
