If anyone cares to read, I’ve found a couple of tips that make Chloe Ting’s exercises more bearable: 1) Begin by performing a warm up. After the work out stretch a lot. 2) Make sure you eat about a half hour or more before working out. Don’t eat right before or you might throw up. 3) Prepare a cold smoothie for after the workout. Double points if it has protein powder. An icy cold drink helps cool down the body faster and prevents you from passing out. 4) Remember to breathe, even if it’s heavy. Also if you need to go slower then go slow, you aren’t a professional athlete or trainer.
No stretching is only after the workout. b4 the workout you can do a warmup so please fix your comment (sorry if my writing is bad it's my second language)
I agree with you but you can eat right after. Well not a meal like but you can eat like a high protein yogurt or something like that just to refuel your muscles and yes even your abs too!!!

I feel a bit stronger. Yay. Day 5: DONE✅, I forgot to update this yesterday so I'm doing it now. Also, I've been doing some sit ups along with the exercises. Day 6: DONE✅, my abbs are on fire, literally just as she said, I feel a lot better these days💪 Day 7: DONE✅, Oh Lord! I'm sweating like hell Day 8: DONE✅, By this time, you can literally sense your inner muscles paining, but all of this is worth it. Day 9: DONE✅, Keep going guys, I can already see a change Day 10: DONE✅, Doing this regularly is really making me feel good about myself, keep going Shalini. Day 11: DONE✅, You might feel like giving up by now, but trust the process, all the hardwork that you are putting into will pay off one day, don't you dare give up. Day 12: DONE✅, Keep on going Day 13: DONE✅, I feel much much stronger than before. Day 14: DONE✅, Remember guys, the only person you have with you at the end of the day is 'YOU', so don't give up guys, it's time that we do something for ourselves. Keep pushing. Day 15: DONE✅, I also did some arm exercises today along with this, and as I write this, my arms are trembling but I know that everything is going to be worth it at the end. I feel a lot stronger 💪 Day 16: DONE✅, Sorry guys I was on my periods so couldn't continue for almost a week but doing the exercises today after a week, makes me realise that my core has become stronger, I will keep going on👍. Let's kill this guys. Day 17: DONE✅, I can literally see the results guys, gonna continue this always, keep pushing yourself guys, it's all worth it. Day 18: DONE✅, Although couldn't complete it fully because I've an exam today nd I'm running late😣, will make up for this one for sure. Day 19: DONE✅, I'm so happy that I started this workout, it gives me confidence and courage to go on, I'll keep doing this until I reach my goal Day 20: DONE✅, I'm also doing some other exercises along with this work out, trust me I feel so good about myself now, I feel more confident, I'm gonna continue this alwaysssssss. Day 21: DONE✅, this exercise is now a part of my daily routine, I gotta continue this always, nd honestly I'm losing a few kgs, I'm so happy. Day 22: DONE✅, Just remember guys, all the hardwork will pay off one day, you dare not stop in the middle, keep pushing hard💪. Day 23: DONE ✅, While doing reverse crunch variation, I totally got flippex over my head 😂, that was really funny, seems like I'm developing some flexibility 🥺🥺. Day 24: DONE✅, As I'm doing these exercises, I'm able to understand the fact that in life, we only have ourselves, ofc there are people around us but what matters the most is we, our happiness, our strength. At the end of the day, we all just need to be in peace with ourselves. Day 25: DONE✅, I feel so much better about myself these days, I know we do a lot of mistakes, but what defines us is our zeal to be better with each day, I promise even if I make mistakes I won't ever be giving up, maybe I'll take a break, a coffee, but I'll be back much much stronger. Day 26: DONE✅, Guys, I feel a lot lot stronger, nd I hope this will continue increasing, nobody has the power to suppress your inner strength, just don't let anyone do that, nd yeah, have funnnn, as long as you're happy, productive and in peace with yourself, it's always going to be worth it👍. Day 27: DONE✅, No matter how tiring it may seem, but you gotta push yourself always because at the end of the day, it's all about bettering ourselves from the previous day and living our life, keep pushing guys, even though the growth may seem too slow, but it's happening drop by drop🌸. Day 28: DONE✅, so sorry guys I was suffering from high fever the last week, so couldn't continue with the exercises, but now I'm back, stronger and better and i promise to continue this from now onwards, Thank you for the likes, it really means a lot, nd remember guys, whatever hardwork you're going to put in, everything will pay off in the end, so start doing good stuff for yourself 👍. Day 29: DONE✅, No matter how boring or stressful it might feel, just remember that all the hardwork is just for you and one day the results are going to show everything. Keep pushing guys, you can do it. Day 30: DONE ✅, Happy Durga Puja guys, stay strong y'all, keep pushing hard 💪.
I'm 70 and a cancer patient. We do some of this stuff at our half hour sessions once or twice a day. Its really good for people like me. Chloe, you could bring value to the lives of some of us. Keep up the good work.

i’ve been doing this workout and her other “abs in 2 weeks” workout for a couple of weeks now, and the results i saw were literally mind-blowing. i used to be so insecure about my body and always worried about how my body will look in my new school uniform, but now i’m not worried anymore! thank you so so much for this
I stopped working out for a couple weeks, started a swing shift job, then was fired from said job ysterday after becoming (foolishly) enthusiastic and invested in being the best I could be at it. I'm exhausted from not sleeping right in over a week, my joints and back have been causing me immense stiffness and pain, but I decided I'd go back to working out again. I used to smash these workouts with ease (of course getting breathless, but it was rarely too hard to do). I had to fight every instinct today to quit. I will get my strength back. I won't let losing my job ruin my attitude and outlook on life. I can and WILL become the healthiest version of myself.
For everyone who hasn’t have any motivation anymore or doesn’t want to do the workout, because your just tired or not in the mood, I will tell you this my friends: 28 February 2020 I weighted 69,2 kilograms (I’m 170 centimeters aka 5’7) and now, today, 6 July 2020 I weigh 61,1 kilograms. I know there will be some obstacles and though times, but please look at the long run and you will get to your goal. I too have a long way to go, but I’m so much more happier and energetic!! So please boys and girls, do the workout because because of that you will achieve your goal!! Update: - 23th of August: I have finally lost more than 10 kilograms and I’m so proud of myself and so thankful for all the people that believed in me. My 4 year old loves loves watching these and working out with me. About half way thru she says “I’m getting too tired” so I tell her go relax you can stop and she responds with “no if I stop I won’t be strong anymore.” If she can be my motivator that means we all can do this 💪
I Had so damn many problems with my body, I hated myself and I often started doing workouts because I hated my body so much, but all those UA-cam workout videos made me hating myself even more because they all were so skinny and obsessed with getting skinny etc... but you, Chloe, you changed it. I really love doing your workouts. You don't make me feeling ugly because you all look so perfect, you make me proud of myself for doing all these workouts and it makes me sooo happy. For people wondering if these actually work - IT DOES! I was overweight and at starting I felt too lazy and disheartened but I started these workout combined with cardio so keep it up guys! ❤️
It feels as someon3 has cut my abdomen with a knife and put lemon and salt in it to burn the thing alive Yeah thats what i feel when chloe says hope ur abs are burning😂🙈
TIP! To prolong that burn, there’s a few things to pay attention to... 1. Make each movement a little slower Like for the reverse crunch (or any movement really), try to keep your “roll” there for a few seconds. You can use your fingertips to help you a little bit. Just push yourself! And when you go down, also use your fingertips so you don’t just unroll quickly. (Other examples are like the in and out, u boat, etc.) 2. Make each movement a little “graceful” Basically, if there’s a movement where you touch the ground in between movements, just don’t. Or if you just move one to one, just slow down (just like a ballerina) For toe taps, just don’t do the “tap” part when you go left or right. Just move your legs, go back to plank, and move the other leg. You no longer have an “extra” support when you tap, so it focuses the support on your abdomen. When you move your knee alternating elbows (forgot what it was called), slow your movements and make it “graceful”. You slowly need to control your abdomen so you can make the movements slower/graceful. Since they are ab exercises, they are meant to focus on the abs, not the other parts. That’s why you don’t see any other “fast” movements (high knees, shuffles, in and out squats, etc.) So I don’t know how much these tips will help you, but they help me. It helps me focus on the abs and its burn. ( and I think that’s what should be focused ) :D
Devika Raju You can do it for bicycle crunches, (encourage you too!!) but I think I meant (in my comment) the cross body swipes. Have fun exercising!!!
Lol on one of her other ones she said “breath out when u pull your legs in and breath in when you push them out” I was wither doing the opposite or not breathing, i couldnt get it
For everyone saying they feel it more in their legs, you might be centering your weight incorrectly and not engaging your core. When I first started and did anything in the plank position, I always felt it more in my arms and legs than my core and I realized it was because I was either leaning more on my arms or legs and putting my weight there rather than around my center. You need to use your arms and legs to hold you up but your core should be doing most of the work. Also tightening up your core and really focusing on engaging it helps a ton. I can’t even begin to explain the difference it makes when you’re doing it properly. I hope this helps!
@@shreayakongari1208 clench your stomach muscles while you do it! think of how your stomach clenches when you cough, and hold it like that! it also helps if you breathe out hard through your lips when planking to keep your core tight, but don’t do it so much that it will make you dizzy! hope this helps:)

Measurements: Waist: 67 cm (25.5 inches) Thigh: 46 cm (18 inches) Height: 167 cm (5'4) Weight: 46.7 kg (102 lbs) Age: 12 ⚠️DISACLAMER⚠️ I am not trying to lose weight or size, I just want to be stronger and replace fat with muscle Week 1: wow that is really hard, I usually train a lot but I got out of shape... Week 2: We just got back to school so it is harder to do it but i am starting to get better. Week 3: other from changing the specific workout to another workout in the same style, i have succeeded in following the plan. Week 4: It was so hard to do the workout every day because I got bored and tired of that. The workouts themselves weren't hard anymore. Final measurements: Waist: 65 cm (25.5 inches) Thigh: 45 cm (17.7 inches) Weight: 46.3 kg (102.2 lbs) I am quite satisfied with the results, I have "shredded" but I think I am not much stronger. I wouldn't do this again but it was quite good. If you have any questions ask me and I'll answer.

I got through half this workout then realized how confusing it was it wasn't hard for me but like the planks are randomly placed the feet movements are so random and confusing this workout also is said too take awhile too show results. tik tok obsessed Welp!! I’ve literally just finished the last workout, about to shower. I’ve lost 3kg in total. However, I definitely feel I’ve lost more fat. People around me started noticing my weight loss before I saw it on the scales, meaning I also gained muscle and lost more fat. Overall, I feel amazing. My clothes are loose and underneath my fat on my stomach, it’s hard. Definitely my abs peaking through. I was a challenge for me, although many of the workouts weren’t that hard for me. I do love working it, it’s the dedication and motivation I needed and lockdown gave me just that.

I’ve been doing her workouts for 4 days now and I’ve lost 1.6kg!!and 2.7inches🥳so proud of myself even if I can’t see results I will always feel better looking at the scales and seeing my progress! I’ve done this workout and 3 others through the day! I usually do one first thing in the morning one after lunch one after dinner and one before I sleep😴 some ppl say I’m pushing myself to hard but I know I’m not because I do conditioning in gymnastics for an hour and it has the same exercises. It was a really tough workout. My abs really hurt, but I made it. I didn't fully do a couple of exercises because they were very difficult for me. But I want to tell everyone reading this that I'm proud of you and that you overcame this workout and won't give up on the first day.

Я тоже решила попробовать Талия: 68см Низ живота: 82см Вес: 53,7 кг Рост: 162см 1 Day: ✅ (было немного сложно под конец, но я всё сделала😌) 2 Day: ✅ (весь день болел нижний пресс) 3 Day: ✅ (пока никаких изменений) 4 Day: ❌ (я решила сделать перерыв, чтобы мышцы отдохнули и восстановились) 5 Day: ✅ (изменений вообще нет) 6 Day: ✅ 7 Day: ✅ Итог: вес и обхваты остались те же. Талия уменьшилась только визуально, а так никаких изменений. Поищу другую тренеровку, т.к. эта не помогает
скажу так делала эту тренировку 2 недели и изменения были даже очень заметные,но при этом я ела почти все,тоесть я питалась так же как и до этого,просто не большими порциями и ела максимум 4-5 раз в день,ну и конечно в каждый прием пище добовлять побольше овощей или фруктов,если хотела съесть тот же кусок торта я могла съесть его без проблем до 11 часов утра,сладкое на завтрак,это еще как некоторые говорят страховка от передания,ну у кого как,и ещё раз в неделю делала что то типо читмилка тоесть могла заказать пиццу или съесть тот же гамбургер что бы не было срывов
Try to raise your upper shoulder and your head and also look at your abs while doing your abs workout, this will help you to really focus on your abs but not your neck. Do remember to keep in mind to relax your neck .
everyone on TikTok making those vids hating on Chloe don't take into consideration that some people just need a place to start exercising and these "_ in 2 weeks" videos are much more encouraging and less intimidating for people who don't know where to start. anyways thank you Chloe always for starting my journey into building good habits

If anyone cares to read, I’ve found a couple of tips that make Chloe Ting’s exercises more bearable:
1) Begin by performing a warm up. After the work out stretch a lot.
2) Make sure you eat about a half hour or more before working out. Don’t eat right before or you might throw up.
3) Prepare a cold smoothie for after the workout. Double points if it has protein powder. An icy cold drink helps cool down the body faster and prevents you from passing out.
4) Remember to breathe, even if it’s heavy. Also if you need to go slower then go slow, you aren’t a professional athlete or trainer.

I stopped working out for a couple weeks, started a swing shift job, then was fired from said job ysterday after becoming (foolishly) enthusiastic and invested in being the best I could be at it. I'm exhausted from not sleeping right in over a week, my joints and back have been causing me immense stiffness and pain, but I decided I'd go back to working out again.
I used to smash these workouts with ease (of course getting breathless, but it was rarely too hard to do). I had to fight every instinct today to quit.
I will get my strength back. I won't let losing my job ruin my attitude and outlook on life. I can and WILL become the healthiest version of myself.

I know there will be some obstacles and though times, but please look at the long run and you will get to your goal. I too have a long way to go, but I’m so much more happier and energetic!! So please boys and girls, do the workout because because of that you will achieve your goal!!

To prolong that burn, there’s a few things to pay attention to...
1. Make each movement a little slower
Like for the reverse crunch (or any movement really), try to keep your “roll” there for a few seconds. You can use your fingertips to help you a little bit. Just push yourself! And when you go down, also use your fingertips so you don’t just unroll quickly. (Other examples are like the in and out, u boat, etc.)
2. Make each movement a little “graceful”
Basically, if there’s a movement where you touch the ground in between movements, just don’t. Or if you just move one to one, just slow down (just like a ballerina)
For toe taps, just don’t do the “tap” part when you go left or right. Just move your legs, go back to plank, and move the other leg. You no longer have an “extra” support when you tap, so it focuses the support on your abdomen.
When you move your knee alternating elbows (forgot what it was called), slow your movements and make it “graceful”. You slowly need to control your abdomen so you can make the movements slower/graceful.
Since they are ab exercises, they are meant to focus on the abs, not the other parts. That’s why you don’t see any other “fast” movements (high knees, shuffles, in and out squats, etc.) So I don’t know how much these tips will help you, but they help me. It helps me focus on the abs and its burn. ( and I think that’s what should be focused ) :D

For everyone saying they feel it more in their legs, you might be centering your weight incorrectly and not engaging your core. When I first started and did anything in the plank position, I always felt it more in my arms and legs than my core and I realized it was because I was either leaning more on my arms or legs and putting my weight there rather than around my center. You need to use your arms and legs to hold you up but your core should be doing most of the work.
Also tightening up your core and really focusing on engaging it helps a ton. I can’t even begin to explain the difference it makes when you’re doing it properly. I hope this helps!

Week 1: wow that is really hard, I usually train a lot but I got out of shape...
Week 2: We just got back to school so it is harder to do it but i am starting to get better.
Week 3: other from changing the specific workout to another workout in the same style, i have succeeded in following the plan.
Week 4: It was so hard to do the workout every day because I got bored and tired of that. The workouts themselves weren't hard anymore.

I got through half this workout then realized how confusing it was it wasn't hard for me but like the planks are randomly placed the feet movements are so random and confusing this workout also is said too take awhile too show results. Not worth the headache for me growing Anna or whatever she's called has much better balanced and less confusing workouts.

tik tok obsessed Welp!! I’ve literally just finished the last workout, about to shower. I’ve lost 3kg in total. However, I definitely feel I’ve lost more fat. People around me started noticing my weight loss before I saw it on the scales, meaning I also gained muscle and lost more fat. Overall, I feel amazing. My clothes are loose and underneath my fat on my stomach, it’s hard. Definitely my abs peaking through. I was a challenge for me, although many of the workouts weren’t that hard for me. I do love working it, it’s the dedication and motivation I needed and lockdown gave me just that.

LA-CHI-MO- LA-LA yup! And my waist was smaller too. Unfortunately, no measurements. However, I don’t look pregnant in clothes anymore, my stomach barely sticks out. I’m going to do another one soon hopefully

I’ve been doing her workouts for 4 days now and I’ve lost 1.6kg!!and 2.7inches🥳so proud of myself even if I can’t see results I will always feel better looking at the scales and seeing my progress! I’ve done this workout and 3 others through the day! I usually do one first thing in the morning one after lunch one after dinner and one before I sleep😴 some ppl say I’m pushing myself to hard but I know I’m not because I do conditioning in gymnastics for an hour and it has the same exercises. Well some of them x

It was a really tough workout. My abs really hurt, but I made it. I didn't fully do a couple of exercises because they were very difficult for me. But I want to tell everyone reading this that I'm proud of you and that you overcame this workout and won't give up on the first day.

Результаты буду только спустя 2 недели регулярных тренировок и правильного питания !
скажу так делала эту тренировку 2 недели и изменения были даже очень заметные,но при этом я ела почти все,тоесть я питалась так же как и до этого,просто не большими порциями и ела максимум 4-5 раз в день,ну и конечно в каждый прием пище добовлять побольше овощей или фруктов,если хотела съесть тот же кусок торта я могла съесть его без проблем до 11 часов утра,сладкое на завтрак,это еще как некоторые говорят страховка от передания,ну у кого как,и ещё раз в неделю делала что то типо читмилка тоесть могла заказать пиццу или съесть тот же гамбургер что бы не было срывов

Try to raise your upper shoulder and your head and also look at your abs while doing your abs workout, this will help you to really focus on your abs but not your neck. Do remember to keep in mind to relax your neck .

I've tried so many exercises and used so many apps and I only started feeling the burn when I started your own workout routine. I love you. I started feeling it the next day and in a week I could see a difference. And oh the sound of your voice keeps me going. Sometimes when I used apps, I'd just give up cause I can't hear anyone encouraging me but with I'll do it till the very end. Thank you.
